- I liked the club culture of the college, there are a lot of different clubs in the college related to different domains and they keep organizing different events and seminars which is a great opportunity for learning.
- The curriculum of the college is good and interesting it is updated.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of old buildings of the college lacks some facilities
- Some of the faculty are rude and don't teach properly
- The fees is on a higher end as compared to other colleges and the service provided
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is almost relevant to the industry. I think it could have been better if the teaching method would be improved in some ways. Some courses like ECS are really great as it is a perfect blend of the electronics and computer science branch and it gives you way more and better career opportunities than others. Also the curriculum is interesting which includes subjects related to hard as well as soft skills. Like there is a subject in first sem called liberal arts which is for personal development, it includes different courses and you have to select a course of your choice.
Placement Experience
The placements of the college are really good. Every year the highest package touch 48 to 50 lakh per annum. Also the average package of the college is around 7 lpa and the average package for the CSE and IT branch is 9 to 10 lpa. Big companies like LG, Nvidia, JP Morgan and more visit the college every year for placements. I plan to open my own company after college. The college also provides funding for your own startup.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fees for branches other than cse and it is 200000 per year which includes tuition fees and development fees. The tuition fees per year is Rs.173913 and The development fees per year is Rs. 26087. The caution deposite which needs to be paid in the first year is Rs.5000 . The fees for CSE and IT Branch is Rs.280000 . College also provides scholarship to EWS Students which is 50% of tuition fees and also Top 2% students by merit get scholarship of 50% of their college fees.
Campus Life
The overall experience is amazing. The infrastructure could have been better and also there are not much sports facilities but it's good. The campus is big and lush green and beautiful. The club involvement is amazing there are always some events going on by different clubs and they are amazing. The social life at this college is amazing
Admission
I applied to antoher college called newton school of technology which i think have a better curriculum compared to this but my reason to not go there was their fees. I choose this college cause it was good compared to the other colleges I was getting. This college excepts score of jee and cet also they have their own exam. The admission process is simple, you have to fill and online form then according to you score and preferrence list of courses you will be alloted a course and then you have to visit the college for completing the admission.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is highly qualified and the number of teaching faculty on the college is also good. The faculty is easily approachable after the teaching hours also they are really helpful. Some faculty are really good like Prof. Poorvi Joshi from ECS branch, Mam's teaching style is really amazing you understand every concept in the class and also she is really helpful. There are also some faculties which I don't like due to their behaviour and knowledge related to their subjects, they are rude and also their knowledge of the subject is poor, but there are only a few like this. There are 3 exams in a semister 2 mid sem and an end sem. The mid sem exams are a bit easy and scoring but the end sem exam is a bit hard. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry, there are colleges providing better curriculum than this but comparied to most of the colleges it's curriculum is far better.
