In first-year B.Tech courses, evaluation includes internal assessment, mid-term tests, and an end-semester exam. The recent DBATU question paper format uses six questions (Q1–Q6). Q1 is compulsory and contains objective-type questions covering the full syllabus. From Q2 to Q6, students must attempt any four; some questions may contain sub-parts.

Admission through CAP at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University for ENTC engineering with a 39th percentile in MHT CET 2025 is difficult but possible in later CAP rounds or lower categories. Previous cutoffs for ENTC are higher, around the 60–70 percentile, so chances depend on category, vacancies, and counseling rounds.
