Remarks

The colleges overall remark is positive in terms of students and faculty. The students and cultural exchange environment is very good. The college infrastructure is not very good and in term of infrastructure is negative.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum followed is CBCS (choice based credit system). The course curriculum is updated every 2years. The academic committee along with industry experts design the curriculum. Students have a option to choose their subjects from a predefined set of subjects. Student can take extra subjects if interested. Students can also take online course through swayam platform and credits will be awarded as specified. Exams are divided into two sets : internals and externals Internal exam are divided into CT1 -10 MARKS, MID-SEM - 20MARKS. CT2 - 10 MARKS. External - 60 marks Total min score to pass is 40 and a min of 21 should be obtained in external.

Placement Experience

The no of placements is nearly zero. Only one or two companies cone for placements everyear and that to for only few departments. The level of packages is also very low. The package provided are about ctc 3 lac. The college doesn't provide any internships.

College Events

Equilibrio is yhe annual college technical fest. It's celebrated in jan every year. It's techno-managerial- cultural fest. It's a national level fest. Around 30 events or competition are organised during the fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is 22800 per semester. The college is one of the very inexpensive and feasible in terms of expenses or fee. The engineering degree provided by college can be said as the most feasible in the country in terms of expenses.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

College provides scholarship, students can also avail scholarship through their respective state governments or the central government or any central government organization. The topper of the college gets Rs10000 every year from the university as scholarship.

Campus Life

Labs can be described as good but lack some state of the art equipment.The labs nearly sufficient but need some improvement to better usage. A first of its kind nuclear accelerator site in India is developed in the university with latest technology. Sports opportunities are very good.

Hostel Facilities

The old hostels are ok. The new constructed hostel are very in terms of infrastructure and facilities. All the hostel have mess, play area free electricity, and free high speed wifi connectivity. The hostel fee is very low and is Rs2500 for old hostel per annum and Rs12000 for new hostel per annum.

Alumni/Alumna

College alumni are very helpful and good. Recently to increase the alumni interaction annual alumni meets are being organised. The seniors are very friendly and guide us in every aspect of life. Senior students are very supportive in educating the juniors.

Faculty

Their is some shortage in faculty but it is being overcomed with the help advoc faculty. The Department has an professor and an associate professor. The knowledge level of all the faculty members is good and their are very supportive to students.

• Students get eligible placements from their fifth semester i.e their 3rd-year middle. • Many famous companies like Wipro Amazon Google cloud etc come to offer placements. • Over 80 companies come to offer employment for nearly 800 students in a year. The same situation can be seen electrical department. • The highest average package announced as per the company is above 10 lacs per annum and the profiles offered are to the talented bright students. • Nearly 65 % of the students are placed every year. • I would like to appear for Gate and go for a public sector job in my core subject i.e the Electricity department.

You will never get the full details and correct stats from any college about their campus placement. All you will know is from your seniors. And what I heard is that from now on good campus placement have started. Still, not more than 10% can get satisfied campus placements. Placements are fair. Several classes, our taken to crack the interview round and to make us industry-ready. Well, known companies like CTS, TCS, ITC Infosys, Amazon etc do conduct their place drives in this college. Students have to work hard to crack core companies as very few of them visit our college.
