Course Curriculum Overview
The course is aligned with industry standards and is very revelant. The faculty has work experience in the industry and know where the more important learnings should be given to students. Both Presentations using pptx and classroom white boards, diagrams and notes are used for teaching.
Internships Opportunities
The companies for internship are of PAN India criteria. Some offer stipend from 15k to 35k and some dont. They offer various roles in execution, billing, QS, management trainee, sales, BD etc etc. Some companies are Asian Paints, Godrej Properties, TATA PROJECTS, etc.
Placement Experience
From semester 3 studenyare eligible for placements. All the major companies in this industry of civil, real estate, infrastructure, construction offer placements in NICMAR University Pune every year. Some of the companies are- HILTI, L&T, AFCONS, RELIANCE, ADITYA BIRLA, BIRLA ESTATE, TATA PROJECTS, RAYMOND REALTY, ASIAN PAINTS, GODREJ PROPERTIES, etc. 97% students get placed. After degree I'm planning to earn experience and start my own business in the sector.

Campus Life
There are many annual and technical festivals like Spardha for sports Technikala the flagship event ICCRIP the international conference And many more cultural diverse fests are celebrated every year on the campus. There are music club, dance club, dramatics club, startup club R&D club, design club, Photography Club and all the clubs are handled by the Student Council.
Admission
It is the best college for students from Civil Engineering and Architecture background and the university itself was designed and created by industry giants like HCC and L&T to create great students to lead the industry. That's why NICMAR should be your choice for MBA.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is very good and keen attention is also given to each student. The faculties are very approachable and are always available for any doubts and queries. Some of the best faculties are Dr. Tushar Jadhav Sir, Dr. Avinash Bagul, Dr. Milind Phadtare, Dr. Devang Desai and many more. In fact the faculties are the best in NICMAR University Pune. There are mainly 2 exams each semester and there are 4 semesters, Mid semester and End Semester exams. There will be internal amd external markings also. Assignment, Presentation and all. Exams are moderate and all students pass them even if few fail the re exam is taken where students get a chance to clear again.
Interview Experience
Yes there was GD during my process and later a formal PI was there other than that just the aptitude test was conducted at the beginning. The difficulty was moderate. I prepared through google and YouTube.
