Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is well designed and organised. The curriculum prepares the student for the real world applications or futher academic pursuits. You may find an example for every one to one and half month.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides a good amount of internships from the companies like Verizon, Cognizant, Oracle,AMD, Hexagon, Mindtree, Honeywell, CTS, Wipro, NCR etc with an average stipend around 30,000 to 35,000.
Placement Experience
The students after third year are eligible for campus placements. There have been many companies visited our college. The highest package is 24,00,000/- per annum by Oracle. The average package is around 7 lakhs per annum which I consider as a mid range package when compared to other local colleges.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly we need to pay around 1,00,000/-(one lakh)as tution fee. The caution fees, registration fees, admission fees,development fees,lab fees and other fees is of 5,500/- which we need to pay once the first semester starts. There are many scholarships available for this course.
Campus Life
There is a freshers party and a fest which occurs annually. Usually freshers party falls in the months of November or December and Fest falls in the months of March or April. There is a university Library which is of three floors and a floor of digital library. It consists a lot of informative books, journals and reasearch papers.
Hostel Facilities
Usually a room is allocated for 4 to 5 members. The room consists of a bed with attached locker, fans and tubelights, shelf, table with study chairs. The meal quality is quite mid. It's tasty on the year starting and gradually degrades as everywhere. There are plenty of rooms and PG's available around the campus.
Admission
I have applied for local TGEAPCET's colleges. I have joined in this college as this is one of the prestigious colleges and falls in the top 5 in my state that this Telengana. The admission process is either by TGEAPCET or by TGECET. The cutoff for this college is quite high.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is around 1:70. The faculty is well approachable. There are two mid examinations and a semester examination for theory subjects and as of labs there is an internal as well as external examination.
