They assigned exam center very far from remote locations.
Results did not get update instantly. They upload results one by one and take a very long time
They didn't let you clear your semester in one attempt

Course Curriculum Overview

IGNOU offers a wide range of courses, including B.Sc. and B.Ed. through correspondence. We can say that IGNOU is a good place for distance education. IGNOU is a very large and organized university. Exam being held twice in every year. It provide exam time them other university.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 8100 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) can range from INR 6,000 to INR 12,000. The total fee for a three-year BCom program at IGNOU is INR 8,100. No scholarships. Fees structure is like first to take registration by giving INR 300.

Campus Life

I think there was no annual and technical festivals. There are no library available at all. There is just a blackboard and chalk. They don't have any campus at all. No sports and extracurricular activities performance in college.

Admission

I applied in ignou because it is very affordable as compare to other university. Also it is government university. I didn't get rejected from other college. The admission process is very simple we can register online by giving a fees of INR 300. We can register by phone and the minimal documents required.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio vary by course and subject by it own. There will be overall 40 to 55 student over one faculty. Honestly i have attended likely one or two class only. So neither i like any faculty nor i dislike any of them. I would not say that it is easy to clear ignou term end examination but i definitely say that if you read there supporting material or books provided by them, then you can clear the exam easily. Mostly the question are been prepared as the illustration given in the study meterial.

Bcom that they offered was good enough to prepare one for the real world applications as various examples and field activities were also conducted by the college at that time . DELHI UNIVERSITY - A GREAT HEADSTART

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell within the colleges but numerous are not dynamic and those who are dynamic do not offer great arrangements. As it were Srcc , LSR or St. Stephens offer pleasant placements. Most colleges offer arrangements between 3 - 4 lacs but over said colleges can give you situations with normal 8 lacs. But, I would prescribe you to not go for placements but higher things because it will increment your information and assist you to advance in your work and do it effectively whereas doing work fair after graduation will not allow you to regard merely continuously needed in the corporate world.

All about IGNOU

I applied only to this college because of its flexibility ( you can choose your exam centre anywhere in India), affordability and degree recognition, not because it was my dream college. I didn't applied to any other college. The eligibility for admission is based on minimun academic qualification like 10+2 for UG programs.
