- The environment of the university is healthy and supportive with well facilitated class and staff . Everyone here are very helpful and friendly they are reliable and are always there for you no matter what.
- The students in tuis university are from different parts of India as well as out of India so there is a lot of cultural diversity and we are able to meet the students from different traditions and values and learn their cultures .
- The university has several colleges which are at different beautiful locations with proper lab facilities and we get to take courses from different colleges and get to be learn new things about the desired courses .
Dislikes
- The transportation facilities is poor and the campus is huge you have to go from one end to another all by yourself and it is very difficult to do so . A bus is provided that too is only once you have to get up early to get into that bus .
- The college has a very big library but the seating is not proper . It is not on the basis of the number of people and is a little improperly organized . It is very difficult to find a seat in the library.
- There are lack of functions in this university and the functions for the college of fisheries once in 1 year it is not helping anywhere because everyone needs to have a lil detoxification phase and have a lil break from the hectic schedule.
Course Curriculum Overview
The things which influenced me to take this course are the career opportunities outside of India and the ongrowing field which was very fascinating and my field of interest always lied withing the subjects included inside this course.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees 60000 rupees including the tution fees for 6000 rupees registration fees for 3500 semester fees for 3500 ,admission fees for 5000 ,library security fees for 3000 , medical fee 700 , computer fee 1000 , internet fee 1000, students welfare fund 500 ,extracurricular fee 500 and other criteria also the fees has been structured and divided
Campus Life
There are activities such as sports meet and celebration of the graduation day apart from that there are no other big function this is the only drawback of this college . Some of the minor celebrations for holi and onam are there .
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms and the facilities is good but electricity is the main issue . The food and rooms are the best things of this whole university and we are so happy to see the balcony which us attached to the rooms .
Admission
I got a JRaf seat in this college so i applied for it and this college serves the best biotechnology facilities and the staff is the best for this course in this college . It is one of the best colleges for the fish biotechnology course.
Faculty
The faculty members are very supportive and always bear a beautiful smile on their face . They are ready to help you at any moment . It is a very friendly and welcoming. One of the best things of this college is faculty they listen to all your issues and try to ressolve them .
