All about IMT Hyderabad

Course curriculum until now is 80% relevant to the outside world. Yet to explore more in the upcoming trimesters. Due to trimester system, two exams are conducted every three months along with quizzes and projects.

Companies such as Zomato, BlinkIt, Micron, Oxane, BNY Mellon, VolvoEicher (VE), Salesforce among others come to the college for internship. All internships are paid raging from 22,000 to 70,000 INR per month.

Campus placements grow YoY with the last year's average being 13 LPA and median around 11.5-12 LPA. Top companies like BNY Mellon, Micron, Marico, ITC etc come to campus for both internships and placements.

Total Fee for 2 years is 15Lakhs for male. Females get gender rebate of 2Lakhs. Scholarships are available based on merit and family income. Fee for all B-Schools increase year on year considering the increase in infrastructure maintenance costs and others.

The college provides a nice and well maintained infrastructure entirelt made of rocks. The library has an extensive range of books, magazines and journals. Involvement in clubs and committees are great with events and campus engagements coming up frequently.

IMT Hyderabad has 4 hostel blocks. Rooms are of single occupancy with common washrooms. Girls and boys hostels are separate along with separate hostels for seniors and juniors. No ragging in the campus.

IMT Hyderabad hosts CTPI process as a part of its admission wherein GDPI is held. I applied to WE School, IBS Hyderabad and IMT Hyderabad. Got selected in all of them. Chose IMT due to its faculty base, location and fee to facilities ratio.

Faculty to student ratio is just the right mix. Faculty expertize lies across different sectors. Curriculum is vast with a broad learning pedagogy. Grades are relative, based on entire class performance.

Yes, GD, PI and offline written interview was conducted. The process was smooth with faculties from all three IMT branches, Hyderabad, Nagpur and Ghaziabad coming to take interviews for all three campuses.
