Remarks

It's a growing college. Since it's inception from 9 years, we are growing on a consistent rate and the college is also trying to improve its education standards. Last year the college got AICTE approved also.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, it is completely research driven and has a good curriculum. 1st year consisted of genral PGDM slowly moving towards the core subjects. This helpled in picking up from the basics and generating an expertise towards the chosen subject. It has a fun ciriculum with loads of activities.

Placement Experience

3.5

Yes, IMT Hyderabad provides internship opportunities to all their students. These opportunities are provided equally to all the students. I had gotten the opportunity to join Tvisha Technologies, Hyderabad as a content writer.

College Events

3.5

Loads and loads of events are conducted in the college by different clubs. The events range from art to cultural activities. The cultural club Antragana conducts events and various activities on major Indian festivals such as Dahi Handi, dandiya, ganesh chaturthi etc. This creates a holistic environment and you feel right at home.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As all other PGDM colleges, I would say it's a bit expensive at 11 lacs for 2 years but college also provides some types of scholarships. They accept mostly all types of payments mostly which are done by online modes. A scholarship is provided for scoring 90% in exams such as CAT.

Fees and Financial Aid

No. I have not applied for any such scholarship or education loan for my studies. Although, college provides scholarships based on marks of competitive exams.

Campus Life

It's good. Since it's a residential program we all stay as a big family and try to help each other out. This helps in creating synergy between all the students on the campus. From a total of 240 students in our batch, 90 of them are girls which has improved the gender ratio significantly.

Hostel Facilities

Yes. I have opted for the hostel facility. They provide single residential room for each student with common washrooms. Food is also provided through in campus mess where there is a cafeteria also. The amount paid for the hostel is included in the fees itself.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni and student network is strong in our college. We were helped and welcomed by the seniors warmly and the alumnii network have regular talks in college.

Admission

I had applied through various exams such as XAT, CMAT etc. A CMAT Score of 94% landed me in this college. An interview was conducted by college facility in Bangalore where almost everything was asked regarding technical side and previous experiences. This helped me land a seat in this college.

Faculty

4

The faculty of the college is very supportive and knowledgeable for subjects like marketing and operations. The analysis faculty is weak, although they put all the efforts to put the things written in the book in our brains. Marketing, HR & operations faculty is good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Pharmacy was the best option for Bipc students apart from MBBS. My main aim was MBBS,but unfortunaley i couldn't get it. Retail pharma, industrial, clinical had a huge scope which made me to opt for Bachelor of Pharmacy. Curriculum needs more practical knowledge to prove within the real time market. Improvement was much needed with research based programs as it was the major core area for pharma aspirants. Frequency betwween internal and external exams were too short.

Placement cell is least active.. Few good companies like Infosys, amazon, TCS etc visited but the average package is of 1-2 LPA and only 25-30% of students whose all exams are cleared can sit in the placement cell. The highest package is of 8LPA. My plan is to move abroad for higher studies.. The students after completion of 6th sem can sit in placement cell

Students become eligible from semester 6 to get placed I guess I'm not sure . Hp, Hul, Deloitte etc are the companies that come in. Highest package is around 58 lakhs after doing mba and the average package is around 10.5 to 11 lakhs. 95% of the students get placed. My plan after getting the degree is work for a couple of years maybe.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course as I dreamt of becoming a doctor since I was a child. In our college, the faculty is good and are qualified enough. They teach the basic things and make us learn things in a clear way. There will be two internal exams, one prefinal exam in every year. Those with an average of 50% in internal exams are allowed to write the final exams. There is quite a difficulty in passing the final exam as there is a vast syllabus.
