Course Curriculum Overview

See i study e and tc now a days it's most demanding course the college is average and taking about electronic branch yes the teacher are well experienced but not friendly so think before taking admission

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I had paid 75000 in first year second and third year have 73000 and fourth year have 67000 I had applied for scholarship but only get 1500 to the students so yes it does not have scholarship for ews or open students

Campus Life

See the college is average and the campus seriously speaking is very bad the ground is not clean the roads are broken and very small campus yes the college has 2 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel so I will rate 10 out 6

Admission

See i choose this college because I don't want to study very big city and the college is government college so good for giving government exams so and the college review were average so i take the admission

Faculty

So the faculty is good but the endsem paper are tough and very strict exams are taken and the marking scheme is 60 marks endsem 30 marks midsem and isa is 10 marks and the college has adopted the combined passing rule

Overall review of my college life in VIT Pune

Placement Experience:

The Training Placement Office Logins are given to us in the third year of the college where alot of companies gives opportunities to apply for the said job role or internship. Approximately 5 to 10 companies visits are there every month which increases as you enter your final year of college.

From the 6th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit this college like Infosys, Calfus , Amazon , UBS, Crowdstrike. In case of no campus placements, one can try research internship offered by college.

My experience at VIT pune

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.

Students are eligible for placement from the third year itself for ppo and so. There are several companies visiting thakur around the year and there are a lot who get placement off campus too. I have heard a student from comps got into google at 72lpa. you can visit the tnp site for more detail.

placements are pretty decent here, especially for comp/it students. The average package here is around 12 to 14lakh, college provide on campus placements too, our placement cell is pretty hardworking. almost 97 to 99% of students get placed here.

Where to go for Internship (Electronics and telecommunication students)

The eligibility of the course depends on your cet score. But it's possible to get the college in less marks sacrificing branch in first year and then switch the branch as per required in second year. I am obc students so I got the scholarship of 50% confession in fees. This made me pay nearly 45000 a a fees every year The clg changed its exam schedule to 3 exams per semister. As of now it has just 2 exams till this year. Admission is easy and to pay fees it's easy and the nearest SBI Bank is very close to college so makes easy for many people....Read More
