Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course is same as in any other colleges you would get but its cheap compared to some other private colleges and the facilities they provide its a preety good college in case of academics and are really strict with their students academic performences. They have exams twice a semester and is pretty organized and you get enough time to prepare for them. The course requires improvement all over the country since we have the same old circullum since ages and it needs significant improvemnt. Though it is actually applicable in the real world but still needs improvement as per the fast growing world.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees lab fees all fees included each and every fees included you would have to pay 350000 for the whole year when you enter through management quota and not through any exams and you are of general category or not does not matter through management quota the fees structure is the same for all the students and the thing about scholarship is you will be recieving an email from the college it self after the enrollment in the course to apply for any kind of scholarship related to any category like ews pwd and merit based etc

Campus Life

3.5

Pretty much a good campus life and there are a good amount of clubs like around 35 of them and all of them have frequent activities including debates hackathons MUNs webinars and fests etc and sports club and various other clubs also have inter school competetions as well good infrastructure also in the sense of designing the college and the overall experience is pretty average and not dissapointing though.

Hostel Facilities

3

The population is huge so tough to manage and they have different hostels in which some are good and some are pretty below average. But the good ones are pretty good and food is also standard and the wardens are pretty friendly to the students and it is a pretty good experience staying here and the fees though pretty high but in case you dont afford it you could rent a PG since there are a huge number of PGs available nearby and are pretty cheap but you would have to sacrifice a bit of facilities then.

Admission

Admission process is pretty simple and very hasslefree and i came to this college because i couldnt get in any better one ????because of a little bit low grades so this was the last option I had so had to just join here and since study and your growth depends 99% on you and not on the college so just joined here and they take if you pay the fees no issues with the admission process where as there are many exams through which they also take like Kcet ComedK etc. So ya this was all why i took admission here.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty is decent since all are really experienced as all are phd holders and are pretty chalm and compose and teach pretty well exams are of pretty average difficulty and can be passed by spending normal time for you studies and the teachers do clear all your doubts though the number of students are huge in every section. Attendance is the worst part and makes you miss exams due to slighlty low attendance. Though many of the students due to not studying and waste time in some useless stuff. Overalk the the teaching staff is pretty cooperative .

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

The top companies like TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Capgemini IBM tech Mahindra mind tree. The average is 8lpa. The highest 54 LPA. Overall 80% of students get placed in the final year. My plan after degree is to get a good job.
