- the school facility and infrastructure is good.
Dislikes
- the classrooms smell bad which decreases our concentration level. and the chairs are very uncomfortable/. also the college wifi is so bad like why do they even have it then?
- also from the learning perception from our course: we get thought the same stuff the IMBA students do. and their tuition fees is so much lesser. plus we dont even have placements nor any internships given to us.
- 3 out of 10 teachers know what they are teaching us. rest are just reading from the PPT. more than us doing marketing and management student stuff, we are told to do role plays and shit. I better get a acting degree along with this.
Course Curriculum Overview
im only half way through the course so my answer wont really justify the question but recently i did an intership with lululemon, and they taught me more than what this course could in less than a week. i think instead of us learning extra stuff for the sake of it wont be relevant. teachers should start giving us more theriotical assignments and more industry visits, because through these projects, we get to learn more for the real life applications.
Fees and Financial Aid
so BBA(MM), previously known as BBMM, fees for our batch is 7 lakhs. the seniors fees is 5 lakhs and the first year's fees will increase to 9 lakhs. admision fees was 2000. the total tuitions fees will be around 21 lakhs for our batch. since it is a new degree, i dont think anyone with low income rate will choose this degree hence i havent met one who got in with scholarship. for scholarship, u need 80% above for 12th and your family income should be less than 6 lakhs anually.
Campus Life
im still not sure of all the festivals and clubs since i dont take part in it. the library books are amazing thought books arent my thoing, i can make out that they have a good range of books. student portal is built well.
Admission
so this is going to be weird but i only applied to NMIMS because it is near me. and luckily i got ion so i cant answer this question because i didnt have options. so we have to give NPAT to get it for this course. and it is very easy to get. you will get ranks for the NPAT and get secured for the course if u get a good rank.
Faculty
so we have in house faculty and guest faculty. faculties are amazing and always pushing us to start working from now an very welcoming and always available when we need help. i dont like taking names but there was this one sir who every one in the class would pay attention to. even the back benchers would pay attention to him. he knows what he teaches us. exams vary every trimester, some are easy and some are tough. marking scheme is decent. alot of students fail. and i think the course curriculum is relevant enough.
