Course Curriculum Overview
I choosed bachelors of science hons. Electronics because it has bpth theoritical and practical aspects, this circulum includes ai , cs , maths , circuit theory , physics , programming ,etc. Teachers treats childer like they have learmed from ealier classes , i mean teachers doesnot teaches from begginers level they teaches like a advanced level , exams happens in 6 months and assingments attendence are going throughout the semester . Exams difficulty level is moderate
Internships Opportunities
From 2nd year onwards you eht internship offer from the college it self with a stipend of 5000 per month , and also many companies like axis bank, wipro , mahindra etc.the internships of du are like you get some work in administration department you can indulge in any startups, etc
Placement Experience
25% to 30% students got placed through our college from 6th semester students become eligible for placement and from 3rd semester students become eligible for internships, companies visited our college are axis bank, tata aia assurance, mahindra, barclays icici , wipro, genpact, livewel aviation industry ,max newyork life aasurance, google policybazar , dabur , etc. Total 1430 students were placed last year ,i will persue for higher studies
Fees and Financial Aid
I have paid 17000 per year my course B.Sc(hons.) Electronics. Fees are same for all category. Tution fee in 17000 and 1000 for registration of college, that 17000 i paid includes tution fees, lab fees, development fees but no cautiom money has been taken , my batchmate fees ranges between 11000 to 30000 , no scholarships are availavle.
Campus Life
Many fests happens in our college like freshers party etc. Library is very good issuing book is very simple and a large number of books and journals are present in library,classroom facilities are not very good conditions of classes need to improved digutal board should be upgraded, indoor sports are good but our play is not maintained you can play chess,tabletennis, etc but you can't play outdoor games and many clubs, parties ,ncc camps runs in the campus. Overall it has a good campus life
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are not availavle in the college but you can get pg's in laxmi nagar ,karolbagh ,rajendar nagar etc. You can get a good amount of pg's with food ,without food,rented rooms were also there, ypu can contact any broker for these , when you visit these places you will get offer by brokers they will help you to find the best room or pg .
Admission
I applied for 3 to 4 colleges like hindu college, hansraj college , miranda house and zakhur hussain delhi college , i couldn't qualifed entarence exams to get selected in those college so i prefeered zakhir hussain delhi college because it is nearest to my home and faculties , teachers and students were good, the admmision process is you have to give cuet exam and on the basis of that exam you got selection in zakhir hussain dlehi college cutoffs were not so high , and overall admission process is online and convinient.
Faculty
The relationship between faculty and students are very clear and transparent, they are very supportive. I like faculty of science because maximum teachers are very supportive . I din't livked faculty for electronics especially faculty for circuit theory because teacher is not cooperative.
