Mbbs is a vast course but for those who want to pursue medicine and become a doctor, needs to clear mbss exams Our college has cooper hospital which is very old and has good clinical exposure We also have two big central libraries with free wifi and ac working 24/7 Exam levels are moderate for students, those who have studied very good actually use to get Amazing marks

Avighna, arunodaya are the fests of hbtmc. Students have football, volleyball, cricket groups They have music band called as trishul. We participate in different inter college competitions as well Avighna is held during ganesh chaturthi.

Hostel is quite good, hygiene and since the newly hostels have made they have rooms well cleaned Accommodation is 4 person per room but the room is quite , can easily accommodate Cleaning workers comes twice a day for cleaning

I have applied to other colleges of Mumbai under bmc like kem , tnmc , ltmc but cooper was the one i was willing for The area juhu is great, night life day life everything is nice, students can get gym , dance classes , music classes nearby and can follow their hobbies other than studies Juhu beach is very close to the college, almost 10 mins via rickshaw The peace and clamnes of nature can be easily felt

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, the students will do internships there and get paid upto 20000rs monthly. After that as a resident, we get 60000-80000rs per month. The residency is provided by our college as well as other colleges also, so the students get distributed. The highest package is 2.0 lakhs has been offered to senior doctors. In MBBS the placement ratio is highest at 99.9% because medicine is a profession that our country needs to work on for better medical facilities door to door to everyone. My plan after getting a degree is to master in Neurology and become a neurosurgeon.

Placement Experience:

As this is an MBBS course, after 4.5 yrs of education there is a compulsory 1 yr internship program for which you are paid almost 11000 per month and after that you got your degree and join any health care facility as a medical officer with starting package of 8-9 lakh per year. All students who have pass final year and completed the internship program are eligible for this job.

Remarks:

Have some of the best facilities and faculty in India. The library is beyond excellent. The simulation lab-one of a kind in India-makes use of the best technlogy and is available to all students at all times to practice medicine. Eligibility - pass 12th boards In 2016 mh-cet exam was the entrance exam for mbbs. Cutoff marks for cooper - 184/200 Currently, neet-ug is the entrance for mbbs Cut-off marks for Cooper - 600+ After online counseling, you are allowed to medical college according to your rank. If u are allowed to a particular college, u need to visit that college for the admission process before the given timeline. Fees of mbbs in my year were around 75k/ year, which has increased now to around 1.25k/year. 50% of seats are allotted to reservation candidates. In addition to seats, they get a scholarship for fee payment. In the end, fees come out to be less than 3000rs /year for reserved candidates. The administration is a bit slow. And they don't mention all the requirements at first, we need to run here and there to bring the documents, xerox, attest, pen drive, etc. They need to be more prepared and professional....Read More

To apply for the medical colleges in India, one have to clear the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) exam.
