What Students Say

Likes

The things i liked is the people in this college the area the campus the environment is good enough for a person of any personality to survive the infrastructure is also good
The improvement is needed in canteen and fans etc which people think are minor but need a major focus

Dislikes

The things i disliked are the ignorance of staff towards the comfort of students

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum js good enough to land a job but i think as we have the Curriculum of mumbai university and it needs to be made more advanced added more learning on language, projects etc We have unit tests on 2 months difference and semestar exams every 3 months

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 68000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The detailed fee structure is of 68000rs annually Of which 5000rs is curriculum fee of activities and stuff The scholarship that i avail is ebc scholarship which waives of 28000rs from my fee Making it total of 40000rs yearly

Campus Life

The name of the annual events held my by ACES Department which is computer department is aces fest The name od college events are metropulse, tarang In tarang we have freshers party also dances and etc In metropulse everything is technology related like creating several models for mechanic engineering students and for comp student we have code wars

Admission

Yes i took admission in this college via mht cet exam which is for the Maharashtra state and i didn't get through in other college due to lower Percentage so i ended up here The admission process is fairly easy no extra interviews no. Messy stufff You're welcomed warmly

The course I'm taking is computer science it has 8 semesters And 4 years The faculties i have are good and miss poonam kadam is good at teaching also the other faculties too I like the focus they keep on students so that eacg gets the benifit if good education and guidance

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. About college life

I want you guys to help me out if possible. I'm fed up with this boring college. I want to log complain but i don't know where exactly to log the complain. This college don't have any faculties for any branch. We don't even have a properly qualified principal. He is just BE. I'am so fed up of my college, they unnecessarily keep on fining student for any stupid reasons. Our teachers are so dumb that they just don't know the proper syllabus of any particular subject all they do is play politics all around the college.
