Beautiful campus and greenary attracts me the most
Girls to boys ratio: 16:100 girls are less in my class

Completing the sem in 4 months is a bit clumsy

Course Curriculum Overview

Planned time table and regular tests and homeworks influenced my decision to choose that courses Timings - 8:00 - 6:00 based upon on our classes and exams are bit simple most of the questions resembles assignments

Internship process begins in 3rd year and I got internship in l and t in last year , some companies are- Deloitte, Amazon, shell, Flipkart, grow, meesho etc there are several core companies like l nt tata etc..

Placement Experience

Placements percentage is about 60% in the last academic year. Average package is 15lpa and highest is 1.6cr . I am planning to go for higher studies in the same IIT madras. I want to join mtech in the next year

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fee i paid - 100000 Tuition fee,- 50000 Caution fee, lab fee-0 Fees of my other batch mates- 200000 Scholarship - NSP- 50000 every year And there are several other scholarsip like reliance scholarship provided to 1st year ugs

Campus Life

IIT Madras is a beautiful campus constructed in 600acres of forest. Environment is very peaceful we also had library and rooms to study . Nso is a sports organisation that select some students every year to inter iit

Hostel Facilities

Hostel will be very neat and clean there will be 2 or more sharing rooms . 24/7 water facility, food is not very great but service is very good and we have to register in the ikollege website a month before

Admission

I applied to IIT Bombay and iit delhi along with IIT Madras. But I got iit madras civil engineering. Joining IIT is the dream of many students luckily my dream got fulfilled and I am very much great ful for that

Faculty to student ratio- 10: 200 Ramesh sir, my faculty advisor, he is very good at teaching Murty sir- Very strict There are quiz 1, quiz 2 and midsem conducted in those 4 months. Mostly questions will be given from previous year question papers

Placement Experience:

3 yr students are eligible to get placed.particularly japanese placements come around that time.and general placements comes in 3rd yr 6th semester! Jsw, Renault Nissan are some of the companies that come! Highest in Japan 32 lpa , general - 12 lpa. 99.99% get placed.

My experience in VIT

Placement Experience:

My college allows you to get internships from the 5th semester. Campus placements can be availed 7th semester onwards. The highest package offered was I think about 1cr per year and the average being about 8-9LPA for my course. My plans after my degree is to work.

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.

I choose this college rather than another college because this college has high placement oppurtunities and it is nearby my town and the environment here is also so good.The another college I got was IIT Hyderabad,I prefer this college beacuse it has more placements than IIT Hyderabad.And that to the management and the environment here is so better while compared to another. I got one rejection in IIT Bombay beacuse of my insufficient grade factor.So thats why I didnt make up there The admission process of our college is first we have to clear in JEE Mains exam and then JEE Advance.
