Course Curriculum Overview

Aa I completed bca from this college. The curriculum is upto the mark. Curriculum consist of all real world problem and the syllabus complete on time. The exam are moderate to difficult level but the teacher teaches you so well that you can easily get marks even in difficult one

Placement Experience

College provide placement various companies came like,TCS indigo,Wipro and many more. They provide decent package as a freshers with time you will get a good package while learning. Students are eligible from 5th semester to apply for various on campus placements

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees of this institution is around 70000-80000, I don't remember the tuition fees and other fees but it is around 9000-12000. This college also provide the scholarship for students. The faculties of this college is so cooperative

It was a great experience I had from this college it has been 3-4 year still I remember my teachers and they also remember us we have a group with them where we communicate with each other. As there is alot of activities went from dance , singing, modelling and anchoring student can participate in this activities

Admission

I applied for others colleges also I got selected in more than 3-4 colleges but I go for this one as I heard alot about this college environment, positivity, teachers and many more. You can reach to your teacher as and when you needed them they are always ready to help you

Faculty

Faculty and students relationship is like a friend you feel that your friend is teaching you with various and real life examples. The environment of the classes is so positive where you learn eat enjoy alot. They work on perfectness of the students it does not matter how weak or strong you are teachers consider all of them same and help the students to imporve

DAV College Chandigarh – Strong Academics, Good Location, and Engaging Campus Life

The BCA curriculum at DAV College follows Panjab University’s syllabus, which was one of the reasons I chose this course, as it covers core computer science subjects along with practical lab work. Placement Experience:

Placement cell of out college is quite good. Placemenr drive generally start at the beginning of 5th semsterbof every 3 year course. Companies like DELL, HDFC , ICICI BANK, ACCENTURE, DELLIOTE and many more came to provide employement. Highest package after UG is 10 lakhs offered by company to our college student.

I had a good experience in MCM

Placement Experience:

Students can attend placement seminars in their last year of graduation. There are mostly placement offers for the role of sales and marketing or chat-call executives. IT companies do visit also but very rarely and they only hire only 5 to 10 candidates. There are sometimes unpaid internship opportunities available too.

DAV college : 'Not everyone's cup of Tea'

Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA in itself is not a very good course that will gurantee your placement in a good company with high package, Its relevance is high only beacuse its easy to complete and get the degree. For good packages you have to do MCA or work harder on your skill to get a good job. BCA helps in building base of your coding career, it offers a good grasp of C/CPP, Java and DataStructure.

Sggs is alright, if you dont expect much

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i was interested in computers and didn't wanted to do arts, and i was underqualified for other streams. Every class has about 45 students, the number vary but not much. The faculty and teachers are helpful. There maybe some slacking by both sides here and there but its alright. The teaching mathod varies. If you know what youre doing the exams are not that hard to pass.

Excellent collage in chandigarh

Placement Experience:

Every year number of companies visit college to give student jobs. Well known companies visit in college like Google Amazon Tata Nike etc. In the last semester we are eligible for campus placement. The highest package was given by Amazon to one of the student of our college Was 2 crore per annum. The average package of our college was 20 lakh per annum. There are likely all the students Get placement. I had planned to become a software developer after my degree was completed
