Dislikes
- The college was really strict when it came to attendance.
- There wasn't proper placement training held to make us job ready
- The skills required in the industry wasn't taught, the course was outdated
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum personally to me, i didn't like it. It was totally outdated and it didn't really add on much value in these 3 years. The basic skills such as Excel, wasn't even taught to us, which is mandatory needed in every organisation.
Placement Experience
The placements in the college wasn't that great except 2-3 good companies visit and offer a good package. Other than that mostly there are sales jobs and nothing much of a good role while the starting package is around 2.40 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Opted for Bcom as my Bachelor's degree which was for 3 years and the fees amounted to approximately around 1½ lakhs. It was a good college and they provided scholarship opportunities as well. Overall, a good college, as they helped in placements too
Campus Life
The college was really much into extra curricular activities. There were lots of leagues and fests held for our overall development. There would be flashmobs every day almost in our park, and watching it while having lunch was great.
Admission
The college which I attended was great, and one of the best in Mangalore. And it has even got the NAAC A++ rating and the university tag now, and our degree holds an immense value because of it. The admission process in the college was relatively easy to get into if you've average marks of above 60%
Faculty
The faculty in the college are some really qualified individuals who have good experience in their respective field and have actually worked in big IT companies. They advise us and make us ready to face challenges in the corporate world. The exams are conducted monthly with it being 2 internals and 1 semester exams held every 5 months
