the faculty is very supportive and friendly
classroom have eboards which makes studying easier

Dislikes

dirty washrooms-flushes not working properly , always smelly and water over flowing
we do not have a campus as college in not too big

my father owns a business which made me choose bms and for specialization i was good with calculations , subjects like foundation of human skills help us understand human nature which makes easy in ordee to run a business

i belong to ramsheth thakur college of commerce and science my fybms fees was 37000 while now in sybms it is 40000 and in tybms it will be 50000.also my tution fee for a year is 18000 there are scholarships available for women like "workshop on women safety and scholarship".

our annual festival of every year is pratibimb were we decide a theme and is held in the month of january.the library provides all types of subject books of different publishers to.we have eboard also a normal board in our classrooom for teaching purposw there are sports clubs where volleyball karate are available

Admission

i chose ramsheth thakur college of commerce and science because it was nearest and the best option among other options i also applied of pillias college and sterling college for which i was not rejected..the admission is very simple just pay the fees

faculty is super friendly they are always ready to help and solve doubts all the teachers are super nice my favourite teacher is shivani ma'am she teaches us accounting and managerial decision and co-operate finance. we have 2 internal and 2 external exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bachelor of Business administration is course with 6 subjects per semesters and From 2nd year you have to choose one specializtion and from that year 4 subjects are common and 2 are special subjects. There not so much practicallity in course but ok .

Placement Experience:

The campus placements do come to for Somaiya colleges but they are not so good as the amount we are paying for the fees and the category that this college comes under they should provide at least average placements of 6 to 7 lakhs bare minimum but they do not provide that much higher placements even after paying so much fees and even after considering themselves that a very high level high profile college and university that is your relax today I appeared for an placement interview which was very unprofessional it was a campus placement it was very and professional and that will not even speaking in English it was for a cell strainy but it was not expected from the college side that they are conducting this kinds of placements

A great overall experience

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for the campus placements, many big companies visit such as Google, KPMG, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, JP Morgan, etc. The highest package is at a whopping 30 lakh and the average salary stays around 12 lakh. Most of the students get placed, my plans after getting the degree is to pursue MBA.

Excellency at its best

Remarks:

THe college in all is very good. There is nothing the college quite needs to excel at. I would personally like it if the college works a bit more on their placement activities and conducts them in accordance to the students. There an be a few infrastructural improvements too but those are in consistent progressions. I am glad I am a part of the UBS network and will definitely pass out as a happy alumni with flying colours.

I applied for nmims and got confirmed admission but had to choose tcsc as nmims for 3 hours far away from my college and also I wanted mumbai campus but got Navi Mumbai hence I chose tcsc over nmims I got rejected from mithibai as I had not given the entrance for it it was a must admission in mithibai which i ignored and up in tcsc Admission process start with sending a confirmation male then we go to the college and fill the physical form they provide us with and submit the required documents by the college such as mu form college separate form etc...Read More
