Entrance Exam, Merit List

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Yeah it is good. You have 5 working days a week. And each day min 2hrs of laboratory. And extra curricular activities like fresher's party, traditional day, sports events, branch wise fests, dj nights which gets you more excited about the college.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, it provides internships to the 3rd year students who has good gpa in there academics. A student with gpa greater than 9 gpa can easily get an internship at good company with good stipends and certificates.

Placement Experience

4

Main thing about mvsr is placements and job opportunities. More than 30 + company visits the college for on campus placements. With an average about 3 to 4 lac packages. If your gpa is more than 6.5 and good at communication skills you are good enough to get placed.

College Events

3.5

In mvsr main thing is every month you'll find some event. Every branch its own fest of 2 to 3 days. Traditional day is there. Annual day, freshers party for branch wise. Sports fest. Inter college dance competition. Inter branch sports event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is cheap. If you get a seat through eamcet it'll be around 1lakh per annum. And if you get through B-category it may vary upto 2 to 3 lakhs and if you r from nri quota it'll be 4 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yeah you can get scholarship if you have good rank in eamcet. If your rank is below 10k then you can get 100% scholarship. You can get educational loan from banks. You need to get good rank in eamcet for scholarships.

Campus Life

2.5

We have labs for each department and each subject. We have physical department for sports. And athelema is the event for sports where all colleges are competed. And you can participate in finearts club.

Hostel Facilities

2

There is no hostel for this college. This is the negative point for this college. There are private hostels near the college. For girls there is hostel 3km away from the college. In future they may start hostel facilities but at present there is no scope of hostels.

Alumni/Alumna

Yeah seniors are very helpful. They help you to get placed in companies by sharing there experiences. They involve with us in fests and push us, encourage us to do the event successfully. They guide in each and every way. They can clarify your doubts in academic way too.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is divided into two exams. Internals and externals. Internals will be conducted two times a semester and external will be one time in a semester. And there will be lab internal one time and lab external one time. This structure may change in future with change in university rules.

Admission

Through B-category. It is just kind of merit list with your jee mains all India rank. If you have rank below 1lakh you can get a seat in it or ece branch. If it is below 50k you can easily secure a seat in cse branch.

Faculty

4

Yeah faculty is good. They are supportive and specially teaching faculty is very good. Assignment are given by them. Assistants in laboratory are very help ful. You can clarify your doubts with any faculty of that department and they'll explain you with clarity.

Placement Experience:

From 4th sem itself students are eligible for placements. Although students get access to paid internships from their 1st year itself, just they need some effort. But as NIAT is yet new and no batch has passed out yet so we still don't have the exact placement percentage rate. But as we are getting paid internships from 1st year itself so it's very evident that placement would also be good

Placement Experience:

No batch has graduated yet so there's no record of placement data yet. But more than 200 students got internships. Also the unique point of NIAT is students gets internships from their 1st year itself. NIAT has connection in the industry also its unique teaching style, this allows 1st year students to get internships. Although there is no pass out batch yet, still many people got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals, meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

Placement cell is least active.. Few good companies like Infosys, amazon, TCS etc visited but the average package is of 1-2 LPA and only 25-30% of students whose all exams are cleared can sit in the placement cell. The highest package is of 8LPA. My plan is to move abroad for higher studies.. The students after completion of 6th sem can sit in placement cell

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams
