St Joseph's life with much sweet less bitter

They cover almost important topics in three years. They will teach us how to apply it in our real life time. Some teachers will move fast with the syllabus, ad that's the only area have to be improved. We will have almost 3-4 1 hour classes per day. For exams the time is sufficient, but the papers will be little difficult.

I don't have the clear idea about internships as I haven't done any internships. But three of my friends have gone for the internship from college and they have been placed in the same company after finishing the internships. They will offer some internships from the college also

In the final year we will be getting the placement opportunities. We have got plenty of companies even in the time of COVID. There were top companies like Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon , deollite etc... There were packages from 3lakh to 15 lakh per annum. In our batch 30 people showed interest in placements and almost 50 percent of them were placed. Others joust went with double degree. I will do masters after this

I have paid the amount of sixtty thousand for first year. It will include all kind of the fees. We have to pay extra only for supplementary exams. They might increase the fee by 5000 per year. I don't know about the charges for other categories. I didn't get any scholarship amount.

We will have so many social and technical events. There will be a college event, they will celebrate onam, kannada rajyotsava, sports events, the event called vismaya from naa students and so on. The new library is so good with its infrastructure. There are huge amount of books to refer and also we can get the old papers and all in online by going through library website. Seating and all in library is so good. They have som many extracurricular activities like so many associations like kannada Sangha, ncc and nss etc. they will take us for the cleanliness awareness and for so many other activities from the program called outreach. They will give the awareness about how the other things like politics or our economy are going on by conducting the classes in name of induction classes and by conducting some events in auditorium. But in politics so may time they will give the one side view towards congress.

I didn't check with any other colleges. It got the recommendation about this college by cousin who said it was nice. Firstly we have to apply online, they will not ask you the results of any other entrance tests l. But once after you applied, they will schedule an entrance test of their own or they will interview with some basic knowledge questions, and about the basics of the subjects you have selected for your degree. If you clear it you have to pay the fee. They might say the cut off is 70% in pu, but if you clear their interview or the xam they will give the admission.

Almost all the teaching staff were in good touch with students. They will help you with your doubts. For me Stephen sir from math department, Prasad sir, mrinmoyee maam, Merlin maam from cs department, eraiah sir from Kannada department and hod from the physics department were favorites. I won't prefer to tell their names and there is nothing serious to dislike them 2 teachers they didn't help me for some requirements for backlog. Except that they were good. Yearly there will be 2 xams and 2-3 internals. They prepare the tough papers. In our batch 15/50 had the backlogs in the first year the course curriculum was good.
