The atmosphere is very academic and student are very talented
The capus is green and well organised with eco friendly nature
The faculties are very educated and experienced

Dislikes

The campus is small and hostel facility are not too good
75% attendance is mandatory and in case of medical emergency only got 15% relaxation
Some department building are too old constructed

Course Curriculum Overview

The IP Engineering is a very good course In this course we learn about the industries and their productions. This course includes 60% of mechanical engineering and 40% of management study Which also helps you in your communication skills

Internships Opportunities

In IPE department we got internship from 2nd year itself so it's a good opportunity for all of to have a great learning experience and also makes our CV strong for the placement to have a good decent package

Placement Experience

The placement of our college is very good The highest package offered last year was of 42LPA and the average Package is of 8 LPA. To sit in the placement students should maintain their CGPA above 7.5 to make them eligible for it. The companies that get visited are adani group, infoses, TATA motors, Reliance industries, Bridgestone etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees is 67000 rupees and 55000 is the other curriculum fees makes total of 122000 rupees later scholarship is provided based on your caste and sc/st students get scholarship upto 70000 rupees

Campus Life

Aayam is the cultural fest or annual fest happened every year in February. The campus has the biggest central India library. The sport grounds are well maintained and have every possible sport equipments. The campus also have his own gym

Admission

This college is the best engineering college of Madhya Pradesh. To take addmission in this college you have to give the JEE Main exam and have to qualify with a good rank and scored minimum 55% in your 12th board exam

Faculty

The faculties are very good and friendly with the students. If a student is having a issue he/she can directly contact to faculty they will try their best to resolve it. There are 2 test conducted before your end sem and both are compulsory to attend as their average is added in the final result which affect your CGPA score

Course Curriculum Overview:

Placement Experience:

Sunstone is planning placement for us as they promised a lest placement of 4lpa or more from the extra courses they are running and training is and also provides chances to sit in multiple interviews of companies. Companies like appzeto , even digit, Lancesoft many students git placement of 7lpa. After degree if I can get placement from sunstone sage I will get it or try to crack off campus placement.

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

Good but not Bad

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester student can apply for internships and for placement student should be in 5th semester of his or her college life. There's very difficulties in getting placed by the company because few of the company comes to college and very fewer gets placed. So student must develop the skills on their own and apply for off campus selection. More than 8.5 cgpa for average package and more than 9 cgpa is required for a good company... I'm planning to give upsc exams after graduation

Placement Experience:

Not much helpful in terms of placements.not very big MNC companies visit there and average packages are not much high the faculty will not guide you about placements you have to prepare on your own and apply for offline placements.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th or 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. there are too many it companies visited here like TCS Infosys etc. The highest package in this college is 8lpa. From my point of view, this college is not suitable for good campus placement.

Nice college

Remarks:

College have about 8500 student in the campus in different section of UG/PG COURSES no. Of boys bs girls are approximate equal. College start from 8 am and ends up at 2 pm with two breaks between them. Different sports are also carried out like swimming,horse riding, cricket,volleyball,football etc.

Sgsits Cs is my first priority but not enough to get there so aim for IT the reason why i end up here is because i got manipulated and every one is saying as it rank 3rd in mp. I love to join mnit but its not enough to get in there. Apply for ugeee but fail to crack and i don't want to apply for bits because it is super expensive i want to join government college but its my wrong choice to join this college. SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

I applied for IET davv but I kept it as second preference in MP dte counselling. Other options available for me were some IIITs and lower branches in NITs but I wanted to go for IT sector. Now reason for me for choosing this college was it was slight better than iet and slight lower than IIITs but fees of IIITs was very high, So I didn't applied for them. When I applied for sgsits suddenly they increased their fees. I had no option left other than iet or taking sgsits, but in between confusions and dilemma I choosen sgsits by suggestions of relatives and other elders. Admission process is done through MP dte counselling, based on jee mains rank. Cutoff of general category for IT branch is about AIR 45,000. The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

I have applied to many nits and I got seat in NIT bhopal in electronics and communication branch. But I chose Sgsits cse over nit bhopal ece because I wanted to pursue my career in cse and I have no interest in ece. The admission process of the college is easy . First filling of application through date and then if we get seat we have to report college for the final admission process which is just of 1-2 hours and after fee submission your admission is confirmed.
