What Students Say

Likes

The faculty is great and industry standard.
Infrastructure is awesome. Multimedia Lab has everything you can ask for.
Seniors are actually very cooperative. No bullies or anything.

Dislikes

Classes are too much packed. Every day 5-6 classes.
Attendance is very important. 75% or below and you don't get to sit in examination.

The curriculum is very relevant to the degree you've opted for along with some courses that are important for a being for self. They have an elective course option where you pick a course from any other department and school and pursue that on the side which is amazing.

Placement Experience

The placement according to our seniors are decent, not awesome. The average is around 3-3.5Lpa . Yes there are some students that are exceptional and get 10+Lpa package but you need to be 1 in a 100 thousand for that.

Fees and Financial Aid

So the fee structure was 180000 yearly tuition fee with 30000 admission fee along with 12000 examination fee. The scholarship wasn't hard to get. I received 60% scholarship on my tution fee. Many batchmates got scholarship and some didn't. It was based of on 12th marks and SUAT.

Campus Life

The campus life is chill. Lots of different clubs to join and there's enough time to manage between studies and fun. You won't regret the club's. Music club and Drama clubs are some of the best. Seniors of these clubs are also very friendly.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

I didn't opt for hostel myself but my batchmates say it's only average. Paying 196000 for a AC hostel boys is crazy. Mess and laundry are included but they are also average. Food is never good. Hostel Life is something different though.

Admission

This college has great reviews along with faculty meet-up I did before enrolling in this college. Also, it was very travel friendly for me. The infrastructure and faculty combo I got here was not anywhere else.

Faculty

Faculty to student Ratio would be 1:10 which is great. Our faculty has a lot of experience and knowledge from the industry and they know a lot. Every faculty I've met so far have been great. Mr. Amit Sir and Vipin Sir are my favourite.

Interview Experience

4.5

We had a SUAT exam and interview with faculty before getting admission. Both were very crucial and I personally completed them with ease. The faculty asks you basic questions and SUAT exam is based on Reasoning and all.

I have chosen this course because I am interested in it . Faculty also teach us from the basics if don't know about something. there are various tournament they organised for us like gaming but they should not take exam soo early

Seee the curriculum are really good and we have sport's day also having a fest in college so about on that it's sexy af all i love bout college but the thing it's divided in sections 4 sections have different fest in a month and we can't join another section fest so we have to class so we can't normally focus on study cause someone else is having fun

Placement Experience:

I guess after 3 semester, college give you intership not placement. When i have cleared my 3 rd semester college give yash raj studios intership of 25k per month in pune or Mumbai. But if you want to get placement you have to fulfill the criteria of the college like you have to cleared 5 th sem and make portfolio and talk to placement cell then they give you a variety of placement options.

Amity can be okish at times

Placement Experience:

The placements in our college are average. The maximum package was 50 lacs recently. A few companies that visit for placement are Amazon, Flipkart, MTX, Adobe, Cisco, Accenture, Airtel, etc. The average package can be 5 lacs. Amity also provides foreign exchange summer programs every year during summer break. The placement rate is high enough to 70%. My plans after graduation are to do post-graduation in animation in European countries.

Sharda University - The world isn't here and you shouldn't be either

My university is Among seven prestigious institutions in India and provides great opportunity to students in both knowledge and practical life skills.
