Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course as there is a boom in AI sectors in future. That is creating lots of job opportunities in this sector. Our classes comprise 40 to 70 students. Faculties are well qualified. Some of the faculties have amazing teaching methods, good enough that I can see my improvement every day. And few faculties just give us assignments and a deadline. Term exams are divided into 2 parts that are internals and externals. Internals are conducted within the interval of 1 to 2 weeks. Externals also known as end-of-semester exams are conducted at the end of every semester. Internals are pretty easy compared to externals as they are difficult to clear.
Internships Opportunities
The internship starts usually in or after the 7th semester. Most of the companies visiting our campus are Amazon, Flipkart, MTX, Adobe, Cisco, Accenture, Airtel, etc. People from my course prefer doing freelancing commissions. Foreign exchange programmes are also made available for better exposure.
Placement Experience
The placements in our college are average. The maximum package was 50 lacs recently. A few companies that visit for placement are Amazon, Flipkart, MTX, Adobe, Cisco, Accenture, Airtel, etc. The average package can be 5 lacs. Amity also provides foreign exchange summer programs every year during summer break. The placement rate is high enough to 70%. My plans after graduation are to do post-graduation in animation in European countries.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our fee structure depends on every semester. Most of the semester fee is 75000 to 80000. There are few scholarships provided by Amity. And if you scored above 90% in 12th grade you can get a scholarship for 1st sem and to maintain that scholarship you have to maintain your cgpa in every sem. Financial assistance is available for people with financial issues. And campus placement is made available.
Campus Life
Campus life is amazing, as it is a private college they made sure that there shouldn't be any laybacks with the facilities. From mess to the food court, to the grocery store ( WH Smith ), CCD, Subway, Domino's, beauty parlour, ATM facilities and many more. Classrooms are air-conditioned with projects and a phodum with a mic and speaker. More than 100 active clubs to choose from.
Admission
The eligibility criteria for the course I opted for is 12th passed at the very least. The admission process can be through online as well as offline procedures. There is an interview conducted, that is need to be cleared by every candidate who wants admission. In the first part of the interview first, we have to introduce ourselves briefly then followed by questions related to our fields. And in the second and the first part, we have to give a test related to our fields that is for 2hrs. There is a proficiency test as well that we have to give after we are selected.
