My branch in electronics and computerscuence engineering . I like this branch so much that i am like interested in thus subject because it occupies both core branches of cs and electronics . Well designed curriculum for all.

Highradius , well internship oppurtunities are there they start giving internships when u reach in 6th sem of btech programme they help a lot as i mentioned about training and placement department they look after it very seriously.

Good placements starting from average is like 9 lakh per annum and highest package is 63 lakh per annum. Its constant and training and placement department is well equipped and they"ll help a lot with full placement process .

Financial help is avvailable that u can take loans and apply for admission and uts a very big univeraity all the staffs and proffesskrs are well trained u can avail scholarships by scoring good marks in entrance examination.

Well and good exlerience well amnnnered well maintained vast beautifull greenish. Temoles are there good libraries best central library , well equipped laboratories , well maintained classrooms highly qualified faculties

U can also rent flats but the feel u get in collage hostel will not be avvailable at rented flats hostels are gokd well furnished cctv protection good wardens well maintained with good housekeepings. They look after ur good and bad.

This collage has a large land area well maintainef and beautifull campus . Good placements for 9lakh per annum to 63 lakh per annum. Good faculty members well maintained mess and hostel u" free to roam anywhere in campus

My college journey so far

Placement Experience:

Placement is good average package is 8-9 lpa and above 85% student is placed last year with good package and few get less bocz of some reason. I fully do not agree on average package bcoz the fee of 4 year is about 20 lakhs including hostel and mess and other all the things

Honest and Genuine review of NIT Rourkela

Placement Experience:

So the students become eligible for placemant usually from the 7th semester of the Btech which is from the 4th year and the internship opportunities are available from the 3rd year onwards that is from 5th and 6th semester. So in year 2024-25 the number of companies that visited The campus is around 330 And the total job offers offered is about 1200. So the highest package in the EC branch is about 1.2 crore per annum and the average package for the EC branch is around 13 to 14 lakhs. And the Profile of jobs are core electronics, VLSI and semiconductor roles ,system and embedded developments, software engineering, IT services, consulting and analytics. The percentage of student which are getting placed are in the range of 90 to 99% for ECE branch. The top recruiters are Apple Google, Microsoft, Amazon, wipro, Deloitte, Tata,Vedanta etc. After completing my degree in ECE from NIT Rourkela my plan is to join the core technology sector as a VLSI and semiconductor engineer in a reputed multinational Companies, leveraging the strong foundation and industrial exposure gained during my studies in case I do not secure a campus placement I aim to pursue the off campus opportunities in electronics, IT or analytics sectors. Alternatively I am open to perceive higher studies in MBA to specialize in the management sector.

An Honest Review of My college Experience

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited to our college like Tata,Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Accenture etc . Our highest package in computer science is 1200000 per annum and Average package is 500000 per annum. Percentage of students getting placement is actually varies by year and course and average 40 to 50% students get the placement offers . My plan is qualifying gate with a good rank and do my higher study mtech.

In 6th semester, Placement opportunities are available and the criteria is more than 7.0 CGPA,No backlog. Based on the company criteria Many companies like TCS,Tech Mahindra, Wipro,Q-spider, Flipkart, Infosys, Aditya Birla group and 50+ others companies,No offers more than 330+ 75% of students are placed. Highest package is 18 lacs and Average package is 3lakhs based on the companies. More than 75% were getting placements. My plan is to getting placed in company approx package 6lacs per annum with job security

1.Like i did not apply so many colleges but i got selected in my state government college in it branch but i did not go there becuase there not so many companies comes for placement and internship and there not a much opportunity 2.
