Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very much relevant and it enables me to look out for new innovations for the benefit of mankind like with the subjects Nanotechnology, Tissue culture, Immunology,etc made me to chose the course. The curriculum is very good and provides extensive knowledge about the future and innovative aspects of the course and their industrial applications are also. But as I want more industrial exposure in the course and I'm very much satisfied with the exam pattern and timing.
Fees and Financial Aid
The overall course fees is approx 2,36,700 per year. And the tuition fees is 1,40,300/- the fees is equal for all the students for the Btech and for the ST/SC there are several scholarship schemes like merit scholarships and dtu ews scholarship which are provided to students who are economical weaker or belong to backward classes.
Campus Life
There is a whole department set up that primarily focuses on the social evolution of the students there are many cultural events organised time to time in which whole university takes part E cell dtu organises one of the largest fest i.e Engifest which provides a large exposure to the students of different colleges to meet at one place, rather than this they also focus on the physical routine by organising various sports competition.
Admission
I have applied to many colleges and got my admission confirmed in delhi university and Netaji Subhash University of technology but I chose this college for its better infrastructure and greater industrial exposure for my better cultural enhancement. This provides Better exposure in the practical aspects we work on live projects and gets insights entrepreneurship opportunities which is not in other colleges.
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio is quite high as and we share a strong bond with them they not only help us in the academics but also in our life problems they are very much approachable . If I would give you my example I have a very strong bond with my nanotechnology sir he is very kind and helpful. There are basically 2 exams held in each semester one is Mid semester examination and second is end semester examination and throughout semester there is continuous examinning for the CWS marking.
