I opted the BA Program (History +Mathematics). I have interest in Mathematics so I choosed this. And I choose history because for my future plan. History is the important subject for upsc . After graduation I will appear in UPSC.

Shyam Lal College, University of Delhi offers internship opportunities through its Training and Placement Cell (TPC). The TPC's initiatives include: Internships: The TPC offers internships to students. Research: The Saraswati IKS Centre at Shyam Lal College offers internships for students to conduct research on IKS in different subject areas. Career counseling: The TPC offers career counseling to students. Workshops: The TPC organizes workshops to help students prepare for the workforce. Industry-academia interactions: The TPC organizes interactions between industry and academia.

From 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements. Companies visited in this college are E&Y ,L&T, Mahindra,RBS and ICICI bank. Highest package of shyamlal college 6 lakhs per annum. 50 percent students got placements.

This college situated in north delhi . College environment is very good . Buildings are also good . Faculties are so good. Societies and extra curriculum are also there . Students are enjoying there college life. Placements are good.

The first year in college is always special. New place,new people,new culture .When i joined nitkkr, i found this place to be charismatic place to fullfill my dreams. I made sure i capture every moment so that it stays with me forever. I met some wonderful people who became my life lines. You gaze at your new classrooms,your labs and whole of your college campus. You make fun of the professsors and do unlimited fun at hostels.The first year in college is a time where strangers become friends,friends become family and Roommates become brothers. A bond beyond words. From late night studies to waking up just before exam,you experience a new form of life.

I choosed this college because this is the college of Delhi University. Shyamlal college have the NIRF rank of 68. To get admission in this college. NTA conduct a examination name CUET . After clear this exam you will be get admission in this college

Akriti who teaches us history. She is so good. Gaurav sir ,he also teaches us history but he teaches us indian history and Akriti mam European history. There are two exams in a year as per semester. Few students got back in the exams.
