Likes

The college and campus was very huge. There were many events held in college. The most famous is dimensions fest.
Liked the Rest rooms for relaxing yourself, Games and sports clubs were too good
Most important the teaching of teachers was very good, it was very easy to give exams by their thoughts

Dislikes

No such things that I disliked bt the one thing is they take very big amount of fees and extra money during admissions
The worst drink of canteen which is a hot chocolate
And also the rate for every food item was very high

Course Curriculum Overview

As i was not interested in any other course so I simply choosed commerce for my better future . The exams were not so hard it was as what they taught in lectures. Timings of exams were flexible in afternoon.

Class Size: 102Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

50,000 rs yearly fees in full installment Tution fees 12,000 rs with half installment None of the scholarships done through college. There were no scholarships by college. Registration fees taken 300rs.

Campus Life

There was many festivals and days celebrated in college such as traditional day, Saree day, colours day, Dimensions a big fest in which celebrities are also welcomed with grand entries. Campus was too big, relaxing yourself.

Admission

I got this college in my first merit list becauss I wanted to study in this college as my sister was also doing in same. There were no rejections from other colleges because I got the college which I was looking for.

Faculty

All the faculties were good, as they are truly teaching by their bottom of heart. If any student is consistently mot doing the given work they were use to call the parents and teach the lesson. I donnt remember such faculties names now bt i can confidentlg say that each and every person was good. There were practicals, seminars, viva , internal and external exams, projects, presentations.

The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placements from the seventh semester. Many Mass recruiters offer jobs to students in our college, some of them being- TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, ICICI Lombard and Capgemini Ai. The average package offered is a around 6LPA and usually the highest package is about 12LPA. Around 65-80% of the students get placed directly from college. I plan to pursue a career in my field after graduation.

PG not given any campus you will get a job on your ability. We have to prepare for set net after MSc but there are some companies visited college like Wipro. They provide job but the salary is around 25000 per month.

The Vaze college outline

I did applied for MCC i.e mulund college of commerce and somaiya college and I did got in both the college but as kelkar college was convenient for me according to my schedule i preferred it over any other colleges. Aslo my college has a great event management which makes its more exciting for a college life. The admission process was clearly easy and simple as it was done all through electronic mode in the college website, the cutoff of my course was around 90 and for other minor categories it was different.
