What Students Say

Likes

First of all,it were the teachers,the faculty, which were standout, always helpful.
Co- curricular activities and many opportunities were provided through youth festival, various competitions, sports events, NCC,NSS etc.
The infrastructure was outstanding. Good library, good working condition of classrooms,overall a good environment.

Dislikes

The behaviour of some of the staff members wasn't much pleasant.
The information network wasn't that much good earlier, although it is improving.
Not much job opportunities for the students. No more placement opportunities provided

Course Curriculum Overview

Although, some theoretical subjects helped us to be a good thinker, while practical subjects helped us developing a sharp mind,but not all the content was useful at all. Some of them are never gonna come further in life.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 22000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

It was a great experience. Nice college. Teachers always helped, whenever there was any query,they solved. Good infrastructure. Great assistance for economically weak students. Great sessions. Co - curricular activities always encouraged to perform better. Helped Improving overall performance.

Campus Life

Overall it was a great experience,it helped us a lot. Firstly,it helped us developing mentally, psychologically, physically and intelligence was also dealt with great care. Many seminars, sessions were organised, which helped in a great way.

Admission

After I passed my schooling,my 1st preference was this college, because the infrastructure,the faculty members,the co- curricular activities,the sports facilities, playground,study environment, overall was very good.

Faculty members were good. They were very helpful throughout. Especially the practical subject teachers always had a great attitude,they kept things very simple and made us understand step by step thoroughly, without any fuss. But the course structure was, somehow, very rigid,too much theoretical, subjects lacked practical essence.

THE LIFE AT DAV COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

We do have a training and placement cell which is run mostly run by both students and teachers. Students with good percentile can sit for placements and can get place into companies which are mostly from BPO and sales background. Students are eligible for campus placements in their 5th semester. Companies which have came in our college in 2024-2025 are Sri ram insurance , Kotak insurance , Planet spark , De shaw , Zomato etc. Highest package offered is around 5 LPA and average package is around 1.5 LPA. I have planned to go for higher studies after my graduation, most probably I will be doing MBA.
