The faculty is on a lower end running on only 48% of necessary teachers. But they try their best to give the necessary education to the students. Some teachers are bad at having conversations with the students but most of them are very easily accessible and always help students in their needs! Each year has 3 internal assessments of 40 marks each and then a final exam of every subject. The internal assessments are of 40 marks having the weightage of 10 marks. Only the best 2 of the three internals are considered. The final exams have 2 theory papers of 100 marks and 2 practicals of 60 marks each. The 100 marks paper have a weightage of 40 and the practicals have a weightage of 40 marks. The total 100 marks are thus achieved. Also result is given on GPA basis.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is for the Bachelors of Veterinary Science. One can opt for Masters in the a chosen field or file for civil services. Many graduates opt for working in clinics or veterinary related companies. The teaching methods could be improved by more innovative methods of teaching rather than using same powerpoints each year. More practical classes should be held. Internal exams are held every 2-3 monthes and the final exams are held during November to December.
