Course Curriculum Overview

4

Here, method of teaching is completely looks like school. May be the curriculum based on real-world problems because they are teaching applied subjects. They have to more focusing on the industries and teach according to their needs there is no any need to teach chemistry and physics like subjects to CSE and IT students. Timing of classes are worse than school. You have to 50 minutes 4 lectures before luch and same 4 different lectures after lunch. Here, break is of only 50 minutes. As usual like other colleges 2 semester every year 1st is mid semester and 2nd one is end semester. Before 1st semester you have to give 2 more internal exams that totally divided the syllabus of mid semester in two internal exams.

Placement Experience

3.5

As like other private colleges you have to focusing on off- campus placement for better placements. If you do not grab off- campus placement then college offers some mnc companies like tcs and infosys with median 3 4 lakh ctc package. According to the college their, Median package is of 6-7 lakh Average package is 5 lakh And Highest one is of 50 lakh From 2 3 years they have a good placement ratio as compared to their previous one it may be more increasing in upcoming years.

There are many fests are held one of them is Malhaar. It conducts different types of technical fests in which robo war, robo race are conducted by the IEEE socities and much more. In library, a lot of books are available but digital library is not in working condition. All the classroom have projector for better understanding of students by visualising and have a good and comfortable furniture and well managed classrooms. Such sports like cricket, football and much more facilities are provided by it more focusing on cricket. Here NCC facility are also provided. There are different kinds of clubs techinal and non technical that are active conditions and it provides a better opportunities for all the students to ace in their life. Maximum are societies are free of costs but some have charges like IEEE.

Admission

I am focusing on tech related branch so according to my JEE mains ranks i alloted this one.. Otherwise i have an option to choose DTU mechanical branch instead of this one.. but beacuse of interest in tech related branch i choose this one. Firstly you have to fill the registration form on ipu admission counseling website with cost of 1500 rupees and after that you have to pay 1000 rupess for counseling process and then counseling rounds are started. Here 3 rounds are offered and a sliding round and 2 spot rounds and a physical admission process is also available for vacant seats It also provides the seats for management quota students.

Faculty

3.5

As usual same faculties are good and have a better relationship with students and some are rude in behaviour in the sense of strictness. There have a 40-60 marking scheme in which 40 marks are based on mid term examination and your behaviour entire semester and 60 marks are gjven on the behalf of end semester. In 40 marks you have to maintain 75% attendance, be attentive in class, complete assignment on time, and you also have to give presentation and score good marks in class. It curriculum is based on new education policy. For better information about the syllabus and curriculum you can go on the www.ipu.ac.in website.

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university doesn't beat around the bush while deciding the courses. They have picked only the subjects and the curriculum that are suitable for our field and focus on making us future-ready. Some subjects might seem a little fast-paced, but if you are consistent enough, you won't face any problems. It is safe to say that the exams and things taught in most the subjects are same to that of its so there is no lacking behind in that aspect.
