- paid canteen and grocery stores are good. You can find everything of your need in those

- There is too much crowd in the college itself

Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is updated every year and they keep it up to the mark according to the present need of the time. There are lab practicals for different subject which help you to understand the subject more easily and to make your concepts crystal clear
Internships Opportunities
Internship are available for all students. If you have knowledge you can go for an internship in your 1st year itself like my friend from mechanical who did an interehip in his 2nd semester under a startup in VIT.
Placement Experience
Campus placement are provided by the college and most of the students get placed but you have to mantain the cgpa as most of the companies take students about 8.5 cgpa. And those student who have more than 9 cgpa get palced in better companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fee varies from 1,90,000 to 4,90,000 per year based on your rank in VITEEE and the hostel fee varies from 1,20,000 to 2,27,000 depending on the specifications of the room you choose. But in 1st year the hostel fee is higher as there is security and admission fee. Same with tution fee. There are no other lab or examination fee. Scholarship is provided to top rankers of viteee and to girls of southern India who studied in government schools.
Campus Life
Social life is good on vit. Ad there are many clubs and chapters and teams for one to join and they can show there skills. One can join any club in which they have interest and then they work with members to organize the event.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel are available in different specifications like ac/non -ac and 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed, 4 bed, 6 bed and they have 3 option in type of messes (veg, non veg and special). One can choose any configuration they want. The hostels are not up to the mark.
Admission
I applied in many other government colleges as well but I don't have good score to get CSE in that college. I scored well in VITEEE and I got cse here that's why I chose this college. But you can also look for other colleges like manipal ,dtu, pict and some more. They all are equivalent to vit
Faculty
Faculty can be very good and linient and can also be very strict and rude. Exams are conducted 3 times in a semester. 2-CAT of 15 marks each and 1 FAT of 40 mark. Remaining 30 are internals given by the faculty themselves. Internals are evaluated by quiz and DA. CAT 2 is ipen book i.e, you can bring textbooks and your notes with you and that's why the questions are difficult.
