Course Curriculum Overview

4

So reason behind of choosing law from nlu sonepat is , that nlu sonepat provide one the best law school quality education in india It was also comes under top 30 law school of india And reason behind choosing the law as a profession was personal

Internships Opportunities

4

College provide internship in all court's, NGO , State Authority or tribunal, law firm But its depend upon on which year you are currently studying Then they decide the preference according to the year

Placement Experience

2.5

So , our college is very new, so there are only few placement happend this year, and only 1 batch have pass-out till date No companies have visited the campus for the placement but they have visited for certain MOU and educational programs organised by the college From 4th year students becomes eligible for the placement as of my knowledge Highest package from the 24 batch is around 18-19 lacs There are 3 student who get the placement out of 120, because very few people apply for the corporate I'm currently thinking of pursuing litigation

Fees and Financial Aid

The first year fees of my college is 1lac 87k excluding ac, ac charge for 1 year is 10,000 The 1 lac 87k covers tution fees, hostel fees, and all other fees From 2nd year it was 1lac 67k And same with 3rd to 5th year And fees for all the categories is same ,there is no difference between fees of Sc and general There is no Scholarship provide by college but there are certain organization who provide

Campus Life

4

I have completed 1 year at nlu Sonepat, till now i have good experience with this college Campus life is decent, in campus we celebrate almost all the festival and sports event , fresher and farewell The infrastructure of college is better than 90% of law school The culture of sport's is also good The books and journals are easily accessible from the library ( almost all books and journals are available and online platform too

Hostel Facilities

5

The hostel facility of nlu sonepat is 9/10 There is nothing in the hostel that fill incomplete, almost all the facilities are available and the charge of hostel for 1 year is also very low around 30,000 There in no registration fees of hostel The food of mess is also decent

Admission

So i get the opportunity of other colleges too other than the nlu sonepat There are some points 1. Locational advantage 2. Cultural reason ( like other nlus are far far away and situated in north east or south india ) 3. Better faculty In nlu assam, nlu Tamil nadu, nlu Himachal Pradesh and nlu aurangabad are the College from where i get the opportunity to join there college on the basis of my air rank

Faculty

3

So , the strength of our batch is 120 and its dived into 60 each batch and for some subjects there are two faculty, I'm currently in 2nd year and the faculty i like the most or I would say the teaching style, then its madhukar sharma sir ( professor of Constitution law ) The level of exams are on the easy to moderated sidr And the course is completely on the curriculum

Other Applied Colleges

Placement Experience:

For BBA.LLB course no batch has yet graduated, and the first batch to graduate is in their last academic year. We are expecting placements to start early this year, and after the graduation of our final batch, we will get a fair idea about the packages to be offered. Although IIM already has well-established placement records for other courses, it is expected to be the same for the law course

i think the students become eligible for placements from the 13th term. our first batch hasn't graduated yet. they are due to graduate in 2026. but certain law firms which have visited our college and have offered internships to our students are Khaitan & Co., Luthra, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, IndusLaw. Honestly, I have not decided yet what career i would want to pursue but yes, having a campus placement in hand definitely gives a sense of security. I may pursue an LLM after this or may enter into litigation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculam is very nice for the law subjects but for the BA subjects it can be very tiring at times. Like same concepts are repeated again and again in various subjects. E.g- Often what taught in Pol Science is same to what is taught in History, so it can be repetattive on some occasions.
