- I like the infrastructure . The campus is around 7 acres and they managed to fit all the emminities in that space
- I like the crowd. Many people think its bad but its the other way around
- The teachers push you to the limits which is think is a good thing and it makes us not become lazy
Dislikes
- I dont like how there are some subjects that dont make sense at all like environment studies and stuff
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is not the best I dont know why we have some useless subjects like environment studies which I think is a waste of time But that is VTUs fault and not our college's The curriculum is decided by VTU and our college is affiliated with VTU
Placement Experience
The placements are fine The average package is around 5lpa As recession is going on the placement rate is not as good as 2-3 years ago The highest package is 30lpa this was 3 years back when amazon use to come to the college Now its around 15lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
So I opted for cmrit and got a management seat over there . The fee through management is 5lakhs but throught KCET its just 1lakh . Totally through managment the fee for 4 yrs would be around 20 lakhs. I have not applied to any scholarships throughtout the course
Campus Life
The campus like depends on how we choose to spend it If we plan studies are important then we need to put alot of hard work Many people try to cut corners but that just ends up in trouble The people at our campus are very helpful We can play sports after 1.30 pm on the campus We cannot play sports before that
Admission
The first point i would like to share is that my college is very close to my home and my priority was distance The placements in this college are fine but not the best The other thing is our college had good emminities and overall is fine not the best Our college accepts KCET and COMEDK as the enterance exam the other way to join is through management
Faculty
The faculties at our college are decent. Their teaching is fine but there are some which dont know how to teach but we manage. The Hod of our department which is kavitha ma'am is really good . she listens to our problems and solves it Coming to our exams we have internal exams every month which count towards the final score . They make up 50% of the final score and the other 50% is the external exams which is conducted by VTU
