My father's suggested to choose the course and it deals with health and wellness and this course has great career opportunities when utilised properly practical classes helps applications more clearly frequency of exams is 3 hours

Class Size: 15Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees per year 50000 Registration for ( first semester only) 5000 Exam fees per sem ranges between 5000-6500 depending on subject Everyone has same fees But scholarship students don't have to pay fees for college and hostel and exam Transport charges around 70000

SRM has many fests including Milan aarush yathra panacea SRM gives major importance to sports like badminton, cricket, volley ball, hockey etc Students has clubs like DSA, tamilmandram where they can be members

Admission

I didn't applied for any other colleges I applied only for SRMIST and the admission process is through srmjee and it happens in 3 phases 10th & then 12th in science stream (biology physics chemistry) mandatory

Per semester we have 2 internal exams which has both practicals and theory After completion of Internals we write model after models we have study leave and after we have semester each semester we have different no of subjects exams are easy when we understand the subject faculties are easily approachable

I interested in science and my senior who was a botany graduate in my college said that the lab is superb that's why I chose microbiology.but the lab doesn't have enough requirements which greatly become a barrier for us to get practical knowledge

Actually the college provides placement for the students and especially to the lower background students at the max. The college collaoborate with the govt. dept. to create placement drives in the college. The salary is not that much attractive still its okay only.

Placement Experience:

The placement will be happening for the 3rd year students who have registered already by paying 6000 rs. The topics companies like Accenture, TCS, wipro,etc come for placements. The highest package is around 3.5 lakhs per annum . I am opting for higher studies.

From semester 5 the students will be eligible for the placements .there is no particular placement classes for the students.Students have to separately prepare for it by their own.By naan mudhalvan scheme many companies have visited our college but most of them are the start up companies and average package will be 2 LPA And 3LPA will be the highest package.Many students got placed from many departments like40%.

Quite impressive

Remarks:

The infrastructure of the college campus is very good and peaceful as well. My college has a vast library which works from 8.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m on all working days and study holidays. Here if a student wants to borrow any other books other than his/her course, they need to seek prior permission of the Principal to get them books.

Why SRM is better than other collages.

Chose SRM University mainly because of its strong reputation in engineering, excellent infray,and placement opportunities.I has applied to a few other private universities like VIT Vellore and Manipal University.while I did get a confirmed admission from one,i felt SRM had a more vibrant campus life,better connectivity to Chennai City, and a strong alumni network. I choose this college because it had a great placement record than any other tier 3 college in the NCR region. The Student Life at SRM IST

I am a dropper, I got 75k something rank but that year cutoff for the colleges in Delhi skyrocketed for general category like nothing before. So I didn't get any college in Delhi, took a drop and applied then here at this college and Amity University Noida. I cleared both bht I preferred this college over Amity University because of many reasons - fees, cultural activities, student crowd, placement.
