My opinion on my college

Honestly saying i didnt choose this course on my choice i only got this course in choice filling but after taking this course i was deeply interested in this course because electrical engineering is very interesting in practical life applications we are also given chances to do some projects under our faculty due to this we get interest in that subject more and more. the timings of exam is little bit problematic because there will be no gap between exams but not every time some times there will be tight schedule like this improvement is needed for only laboratory we can be provided by more updated equipments but we are not provided it should be noted

i did my internship in vizag steel plant for a one month period of time i got a nice oppurtunity to see the practical life of electrical engineer we also get many companies like D E shaw, G E health care, zindal etc.. we got many nice oppurtunities here. i am currently doing a project ON PV cells based EV vehicles under our faculty .it is quite challenging to do

placements are decent from 6th semester. Companies will provide internship opportunities but to go for placement until 7th semester u can also try outside of the campus in 6th semester we can get long term internship opportunities if company is satisfied with student performance we can get directly placed into that company

Admission is done through jee mains for reservation of SC reservation . You can get electrical engineering upto 93.8 percentile in jee mains for general obc it is 97-99 percentile you can find application form in nitrr website and if you have reservations you can get nsp scholarship also. And ostel is available for merit students only during 1st year by jee mains ranks u will be shortlisted but in second year it is given to certain students only by their cgpa

My campus life is pretty good upto now. There will be so many events happening around the including annual sports fest, tech fest, E-Summit fest, robotix fest, eclectika(central india largest cultural fest) . I am also in 3 clubs i.e., robotix sanskriti,go green, the range and accesibility of books are very nice cause we got a library in the campus itself the facilitis are very good we are also provide with smart classes free internet in the campus computer labs student social clubs do have an impact in their student life they can manage to learn teamwork leadership skills etc.. but the infrastructure of the college still have the room for improvement it is not that good to be saying about.

Hostel facility is given under jee main ranks for 1st year students and by cgpa for 2nd year students . hostel facility is good but food is not very good but it is okay . hostel timings are good our meal menu is nice we get the meal of health consciously we even got a mess commitee in the hostle so that students can discuss about the menu of the food registration process of hostel is not much harder we need to submit the fee receipt thats all i never rented a room or pg in my 3 years of college life since i always got the hostel

actually as i said i didnt choose this college at start i got this college as one and only option in counselling but i tried for vit vellore but didnt get the chance to make it there but this college is also nice compared to vit in some aspects.

faculty members of our college are very nice nut for freshers there will be a communication problem bcoz of the language barrier some students from south as myself from south india but afterwards we can get adopted to this environment with ease faculty members of our college highly knowledgable persons they are very cooperative with students they clarify students doubt as many times they ask and the course structure i.e., tution fee is based on caste and income of the individual and the scheme is cbse scheme that is cgpa is given by relative grading i.e., it is purely based on topper of the section .
