Clean campus and good atmosphere also many many trees and good atmosphere for studying. Sn college is one of the best college in kerala so many programmes
Campus is in the centre of the kollam town, The campus is very beautiful and large. So many parks and gardens in the campus also so many stadium and quorts in the campus like fooball, cricket, kho kho , net ball
There are many teachers who teach well and also have naval ncc , nss , and so many clubs like science, arts

Dislikes

Management is also asking higher fees for no reason. No any other issues
Drinking water and coolers are not working

I am a photographer and video editor also so this is the reason i choose this course. My course and faculties are very very good. Teachers are very friendly and also teaching well. 42 students in my class. The class is very clean and beautiful

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

No fees for merit seat students. In the case of PTA fund they are asking 8000? and other fees are total 4500?. The fees is also applicable for community quota students(ezhava) . Sc,St students fees are less.

Campus Life

The college also have so many stadiums and sports quorts. The collegw library is very large and so many books in there... The college also supports our extra caricular activities. They conduct sports and arts. There are so many club in my college. Arts , science and soo many fest like food fest arts fest also

Admission

The sn college is one of the best colleges in kerala. I entered the college through the community quota admission. Other colleges don't have facilities like this college and feeses are very high. The eligibility is +2. I got first admission in christ nagar college maranaloor. It is a self financing college there feeses are very high soo i didn't taked admission there

Faculty

18 Faculties are available in the colllege. Exams are also under the kerala university .The minimum seats are 20. The arts, commerce and science department is very nice. The exam win ratio is high. The faculties and teachers are good they are teaching so well.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you could get in the practicing period for placements if you dont have any supply you could get placements and college provides internship from 3 rd semester. Highest packs could be goven bank and maybe delloit idk how much it is but an avg pack of 75k per month will be there. If you got skills you would get in there.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you will be eligible for campus placements. Big banks like federal bank, south indian bank provide high placement package with the highest package being 60k per month. Other IT companies like Wipro,accenture, and deloit etc also provide high package placements.Almost 50 to 75 percent of students get placed after third year. My plan is if i get a good package I'll go for the placement or else I'll go for my masters degree

A Decent College for BSc chemistry students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

Placement Experience:

The placement of this campus is very excellent. The collage has a placement assistance cell and every year 50 companies reaching this college for placement drive . Every year more than 80 students gets placed in large companies like EY , MRF and banks like federal bank , South Indian Bank etc. The federal bank offers a highest package of 16 LPA for pg students and 8 students got placed in 2024-25 academic year. Placement is opens for students studying final year. There is coaching for placement for free of coast for the students who registered for placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.

When I decided to Apply for masters I had applied in 3 Colleges- Sree Narayana College kollam, Fatima Mata National College and BJM Chavara. And I found out that best campus best facilities and good teachers are there in SBC kollam. So that I prefer SNC kollam. I got admission in BJM but I didn't like the rules and campus but I didnt get admission in Fatima Mata National College.
