Remarks

The eligibility of the course is higher secondary education. I got admission into the merit system by the Kerala govt. I applied online in the UG application portal. In the portal, we can find all the details and upload the marks got in plus two. I have no other reservation benefit. Also, management seats are available.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the course because being techy is my passion. Since my childhood, I am more interested in the field. Faculty to student ratio is very affordable. In my class, only 30 students and 6 faculties are there. So they can manage it very well. Only faculties who qualified for UGC NET are allowed to teach. Overall the teaching us very good. All the facilities are available including the lab. Now the exam pattern is semester-wise. Every 6 months, exams will be conducted. The course is moderate level. Those who are hardworking can score high marks. Also, model exams are conducted at a regular interval.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for students who got admission through merit is 12000/ yr for 3 yr. For management seats, starts from 1 lakh. The scholarship is available based on reservation. Financial assistance is available for backward category students. No other extra cost. I have no scholarship since I am a general candidate. My friend got a job in TCS through campus placement.

Campus Life

Here, the arts fest is conducted every year from July- August. Tech fest is not conducted, this is an arts college. A lot of books and journals are available in the library we have to take admission in the library. All amenities are available in the classroom. College is providing much importance to sports and extracurricular activities. Cricket, and football, are conducted at regular intervals. The social groups active in college are NSS and NCC.

Placement Experience:

The college has a well functioning placement assistance. There are various companies including banks and Tech based companies which arrives in the college for placements every year. The placement assistant cell prepare students very well for the placements.They grooms the students and prepares them for aptitude test, interviews and group discussions which are required for placements.

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Placement Experience:

The placement of this campus is very excellent. The collage has a placement assistance cell and every year 50 companies reaching this college for placement drive . Every year more than 80 students gets placed in large companies like EY , MRF and banks like federal bank , South Indian Bank etc. The federal bank offers a highest package of 16 LPA for pg students and 8 students got placed in 2024-25 academic year. Placement is opens for students studying final year. There is coaching for placement for free of coast for the students who registered for placements

The course is very rare and one of the important in the present scenario. Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it is rare and it have high potential in national as well international level. But in this college they don't have enough facilities to teach so it won't prepare a student for real-world application. They should include seperate good lab facilities for environmental studies,need permanent teachers and placement activities should be provided. Exams are semester wise and they are easy and easily prepared within short period of time

Review on my beloved college

When I decided to Apply for masters I had applied in 3 Colleges- Sree Narayana College kollam, Fatima Mata National College and BJM Chavara. And I found out that best campus best facilities and good teachers are there in SBC kollam. So that I prefer SNC kollam. I got admission in BJM but I didn't like the rules and campus but I didnt get admission in Fatima Mata National College. The admission process was pretty easy, I got merit admission into the college. eligibility of the course was Plus two passes. I find the the application form and find out about the fee structure on the official website of Kerala university. They had a reservation policy for SC and ST castes.
