Likes

The environment of the college like filled with greenery and they also conduct sports activities like volleyball cricket etc and college events were also good
The faculties of the college are very supportive they'll genuinely guide you throughout your dissertation project and their teaching methods are also very good
The laboratories were very equipped like they even have cold room facility in the college and every other things a researcher needs!

Dislikes

The washroom are quite small but that's not even a major issue
The parking area is very messy like there's no proper place to Park your vehicle
Due to excess greenery you can suddenly spot snakes in the campus

Course Curriculum Overview

It was overall good like they had a good exam pattern like mid sem and end sem and the difficulty level of the paper depends upon the subject but mostly it was moderate it was quite chill but they didn't give gaps in between exams

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 92000 per year

Placement Experience

Last year only two companies visited one was akash byjus and other was H2O few students got selected and got okay package like one got 5 lpa and other got 3lpa I'm talking about last year I don't have any idea about this years placement drive

Fees and Financial Aid

First year fees was like around 920000 and 24000 for dbt supported msc biotechnology overall the college was good specially environment of the college and most importantly faculties they're very well educated with very strong academic background akash byjus and h20 visited our campus last year average package was 3.0 lpa overall it's a very good place to complete your masters degree.

Campus Life

They had clubs like photography, theatre, literature etc and even conducted many competition like debates allocation dance singing etc and we also celebrated traditional day signature day black and white day characters day it was quite fun.

Admission

This was the best ever college I ever applied because my overall experience of being here was quite good I really had fun in the labs and got good exposure and handson experience of new equipments like it was a quiet good experience for me

Faculty

4.5

Faculties as I mentioned are very supportive and kind they'll never pressureize you for anything and as much as you're interested in the subject they'll literally make sure you get everything you want for your research.

Maybe after completions of their respective course they have enrolled and can have a campus placement ,I have visited in one company which was odoo there they have shown us how the work is performed and also visited an IT and Cyber security university and 70%percent of student are getting placement.

The course curriculum is excellent in every way! The course, which I did was of Life Sciences, and it's curriculum was absolutely wonderful! The syllabus had been designed such that it perfectly aligned with the syllabus of various exams, such as CSIR, GATE etc. And also, for the end semester dissertation, our university allowed us to pursue it from any other institute or university if we wish to, and encouraged us to do so. And because of that I did my dissertation research from SLS, JNU, in cancer biology.

A satisfying delight

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because this was a new course and I have literally sone interest in this course when I started studying about this course. The faculty-student ratio is 1:15. The faculty is very good and they all are well qualified almost all the faculty have done MPhil and PhD in their field. The term exams very mostly in 2 to 3 months and the exam was not that much difficult to pass for an average student if they had studied.

IAR Life

The reason I chose this college over other colleges is that this was affordable and in fact The btech Biotechnology course was started in Gujarat for the very first time by Institute of advanced research gandhinagar so here there are more experienced faculties for Btech Biotechnology and it was the best college for biotechnology and microbiology and biomedical courses. Other colleges like PDEU AND NIRMA were available to me but the fees were too high to afford by a middle class family. Mode of admission is that u can directly get your admission through IAR portal on the basis of JEE, GUJCET and 12th standard marksheet or by ACPC according to the cutoff...Read More
