Course Curriculum Overview
Energy and infrastructure course which they provide. There are real cases for almost all subjects. No improvements I would suggest as they are doing their best. Every semester has a midterm with 20% weightage and the difficulty level is moderate.
Internships Opportunities
There are companies like d&v consultancy , big 4 , waghbakri and many other companies providing the assistive roles for the students to make them ready for the corporate world Also a compulsory social internship so that we learn about sustainability too.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester students are eligible for placements. There are many companies such as Big 4, waghbakri, Shell, Indian Oil, etc. The highest package is around 19,00,000 and the average is about 8,00,000 100% placement is there. My plan is to join the job only.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees - 9,50,000. Hostel/mess - 2,53,000. Scholarships are provided based on scores of entrance exams like CAT, MAT, NMAT, etc. There are 6 monthly installments Loans are available No compemsation for other castes maybe
Campus Life
There are many fests such as zephyr, and pratibimb where students only organise all this. There is a very big library in which every type of book is available. Projectors, ac, boards, good desks, etc. provided in a classroom. There are many clubs and committees for engaging students.
Hostel Facilities
The room has a wardrobe, ac, desk chair, 3 beds, etc. The hostel staff and every facility are super good. The meal has veg and non-veg both The hostel is very affordable and for MBA students, it is compulsory to stay at the hostel as it is a residential
Admission
I applied at IMI Kolkata and Bhubaneshwar where I was selected but my first preference was pdeu as it has a good ROI. I did get rejected at the first round in pdeu but then I got selected. About the admission process, there is GD, extempore and personal interviews at various centres.
Faculty
8:180 is the ratio. They teach very well with real-life examples and cases. I liked Pramod Paliwal sir the most. There is no faculty that i did not like Everyone is supportive and knowledgeable The exam system is trimester which has midterms too.
Interview Experience
I got the gd topic of "whether crypto currency be made legal in india or not" The extempore was of same topic only I watched many videos , read about current affairs and the basic criteria is 60-60-60 for ssc hsc and undergraduate respectively
