The College management is extremely helpful and they are a team of strong and dynamic personalities who have a great vision to see the College excel and are working day and night to make their dream come true. Taking admission in RVS College of Engineering and Technology was one of my best decisions, and I am sure the College is on the way to becoming one of the best institutions in the country to provide world-class education and environment to the students. The course curriculum and exam structure are on point. The best thing about RVSCET is the 'beyond syllabus' approach used by the management. Apart from the curriculum, there are regular workshops and seminars on recent industrial trends that kept us updated about what happened in the Industry out there.

RVSCET, undoubtedly, has the best placements in Bihar and Jharkhand. Over the years, our students have been placed in TCS, IBM, Amazon, HCL, Infosys, Tata Steel, Genpact, ITC, Flipkart, Oyo, HDFC Bank, L&T, Reliance Industries Ltd, Siemens, Nathcorp, and many more good companies. This year, RVSCET signed an MoU with Tata Steel as Training and Placement Partners. This is a milestone for the College students and faculties. We are extremely proud to hear this news.

RVSCET has a rich blend of academics and extracurricular activities. Year round, there are a lot of activities happening. Apart from the Freshers, Farewell, and other important days celebration, there is a 3 day Sports Fest called Frolic. Frolic is an inter-departmental sports meet where all the departments organize the event and compete. It is filled with fun and enjoyment. The highlight and the most awaited event of RVSCET is a 3-day Techno-Cultural Fest called Provenance. There are over 60 technical and cultural events that happen and colleges from all around the state come and participate. The main events of Provenance are Hackathon, Blind Coding, Not Soccer, Maze Solver Bot, PC Games, Key Wars, Nukkad Natak, Music competitions, Dance Competitions, Fashion Show, DJ Night, Celebrity Nights where Bollywood Singers perform. Bollywood singer Ash King performed in Provenance 2019.

The course fee for M.Tech is 180,000. The first year fee is 90,000. M.Tech fee per semester is 45,000. This is the tuition fee for M.Tech. Apart from this, accommodation charges are there for the students who opt for hostels. Hostel fee is 30,000 annually. Mess charges are 2,300 per month.

The College provides a lot of scholarships based on 10+2 % and on Diploma %. Based on the marks scored, the scholarships can be availed easily.

The College is well spread over 40 acres. The infrastructure is beautiful. It has the best campus in Bihar and Jharkhand. The environment is amazing as the College is surrounded by lush green Dalma Hills and River Swarnarekha.

The alumni connect needs to be stronger, and College is working on it. Alumni is very helpful, and they have assisted a lot of students getting placed, or in job switching, or even in day to day help with academics or anything else.

The College takes admissions in M.Tech on the basis of GATE scores and marks secured in B.Tech. Admission usually starts in June. I took my admissions in the first week of June 2015. I visited the campus in June and that is when I decided that I would be taking admission here. The campus is extremely beautiful. I took offline admission. The entire process finished on the same day.

The College has great faculty. All the professors have in-depth subject knowledge. Along with that, they were always ready to guide us, no matter how great, the difficult, or bizarre idea we had. The College had an amazing mentoring system where each student had a mentor from the faculty. These mentors are like student's friend, companion, and guide. The help and guidance you can get from your mentors here are exceptionally good, because not only the faculty here is good in academics, but also fluent in recent industry trends.
