My words for RVS

The faculties are knowledgeable and explains the concepts easily. They explained me about all the machineries in the labs and their purpose in real life as a mechanical engineering. The teaching method is not so standard. They explain the concepts theoritically only the laboratory parts are done in practical. The institute need some technical devices to improve its teaching process. 2 semesters are held every year in which 90% students pass and promotes to the next semester. between every semester there held 2 internals of which the best score is selected. the exams helds are not so difficult just need some concept clearance for scoring good.

Medha scholarship is available for the students in which the year wise academic respose is analysed and awarded. for scoring more than 9.0 cgpa the scholarship is 30-40% in the annual fees. The semester fee is 48000rs which has included the tution fee, id charges, internet bill etc No other charges are applied for hostel its 30000rs annually from the time period of august to july. mess bill is 3000rs monthly separate from hostel fee.

Campus is neither too small nor so big but we have plentyof space and different ground areas for each sports such as for basketball, volleyball, badminton, cricket, football and also for cultural events also. college provides a digital library and the college library is enough for 200 or 250 students to sit together. Talking about the events for the sports theres 3-5 days event named as FROLIC which is the most exciting event of this college. another is the provenace which is also of 3 days in which at the last day one star concert is done. such kind of cultures are organised by the students groups with the involvement of faculties.

Hostel is located inside the campus. its well maintained and provides 1 room for 2-3 students. their are 1 table, 1 chair and 1 bed for each student and switchboards. seniors hostel has attached washroom in every room. The meal quality is average but is now improved. Hostel registation is done during the admission and some can also apply for hostel through hostel office. The fee is affordable that is 30,000rs annually and 3000rs for food monthly.

The admission process was offline. forms has to be filled up which cost 1000rs as registration. application form is available on the main building of the college in 2nd floor. The admission fee was 10,000rs. admission is open till half of the 1st semester classes begin. Reservations are available on the university basis and by the government.
