- College should take more steps towards the betterment of Training and Placement cell so that students can benefit from it.

Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because of my interest in Computer science and this college provided me with all facilities I needed to excel in this area of field. The course curriculum made us have a industrial training every year which prepares us for the real world applications of what we have learnt in our course. There were two mid term exams in a semester and a final exam and the end of each semester these exams were difficult enough as they should be.
Internships Opportunities
Panjab University provides you with a abundant of internship opportunities in top tier companies like google, infosis, Amazon and atc. These intership are totally dependent on a student's ability and skill in there particular field and the stipend also varies on that factor.
Placement Experience
The placement at the Panjab university were also good. There is a special Training and Placement cell which deals with all the training and placement opportunities for the students and insures that every student gets the placement. There were a number of companies visited at our campus for placement like Google, infosis and many m ore top tier companies. The average package was around 4lakh and almost all the students gets placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
In my course which was B.E Computer science and engineering, there was semester wise fee structure. This course was odf 4 years having 8 semesters in which each semester was of 6 to 5 months and the fee for per semester was around 1.5 lakhs. My whole degree costs me around 500000 rupees. This fee is without any scholarship because I didn't have any.
Campus Life
My campus life at the Panjab university was great. There was never a dull moment in my campus life. There were number of events and fests organized every years from time to time. The fests like technical fest and cultural fest takes place every year. Sporting events like annual sports meet was also organised. Apart from this different beaches have there own events also going on sides by side like freshers, fairwells etc. There are also different types of clubs at our college for students interested in dance, music, acting and other activities like debates and open mics.
Admission
To get in the course of B.E Computer science and engineering in Panjab University, I had to pass the JEE mains exam woth the required cut off. This cut off variates every year and for different branches of B.tech and B.E this cut off is also different. Thsi college also provides with reservation benefits, different types of scholarship schemes are available for different type of reservation kotas. The admission process was also streamlined, there were number of counseling rounds which allows you to get admission in your desired course as per you JEE mains result.
Faculty
The college faculty at Panjab University was without a doubt one the most educated and highly qualified faculty. There were adequate teachers for all the subjects and most of the professors and assistant professors were PHD holders.
