Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

We have a new curriculum named competency based medical education (CBME) curriculum. It was included new teaching methods like small group discussions and self directed learning, computer based learning, early clinical exposure and seminars etc. The exam difficulty level is high in my perspective.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for first year is around 70000 excluding examination fees which is 5000. The fees for complete course will be around 3.5 lakhs. You will get state scholarship of around 50000 if you are eligible for that.

Campus Life

3.5

The campus of this college is not that huge. It's just a college building, cricket basketball and volleyball grounds that's all. But it has a really huge hospital campus. It includes 5 hospitals. There are many clubs in which you can join and participate in many events.

Hostel Facilities

3

We have our own college hostel. Registration process is really simple and it's quite affordable as compared to other private colleges. Mess food is quite good, you can manage. And if you want to rent a PG there are many available nearby.

Admission

We can apply for this college through NEET UG examination. For state quota general category cut off is around 4000 AIR. And for all india quota it's around 1500 AIR. You can apply for this college through state or all india councelling.

Faculty

4

The faculty is all experienced and qualified. They are all doctors. They are really good. They help you with everything you ask for. You don't have to worry about anything. You can really reply on them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
