First of all it's one the oldest colleges in Kolkata and still it has a very good infrastructure and great environment. They have thera own football ground, volleyball court and badminton court.. which is quite impressive for sport's lovers.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's a very good course and I love the way they teach us about every single detail about our course, from the top to the bottom of the syllabus. And yeah it is quite a difficult course but the teachers and their teaching skills make it easy.

Internships Opportunities

It a very good place for internship and scholarship. This college literally provides boht of this and it is very helpful for students. Companies like TATA, WIPRO and Many ather tech companies usually recruit students from this college every single year.

Fees and Financial Aid

If I look into any other colleges giving this course under 10k per year, is very cheap and very affordable. Despite being cheap but the education quality is top. For the admission, I paid 15k then after that 5k per sem. There are family income-based scholarships.

Campus Life

There are a lot of festivals, tech camps, clubs, games rooms and many more. Tech camps frequently take place, there are many clubs including - Dance both traditional and western, Drama, Debate, Singing and many more. Overall experience in this section is superb because it makes you busy in college and makes you more competitive.

Admission

If you want to be admitted to this college, you at least have 65% on your 10+2 report card and if your English marks are good then you're on the right path. There is no entrance exam for my course. Honestly, It's was a very smooth process, after filling up the form online everything was very easy.

It's is a very eco-friendly enviornment every single teachers, staff members even though the faculty members are so co-operative and understandable. And they literally treat students equally and you will never feel bore with any of the teacher although all of them are quite interesting and jolly type of nature.

It was good to be a part of that college

You have to pass the 12 th boards with above 90% marks then only you'll get the college. They always have the application form and all the informations in there official college website. There was reservation policies as I was sc so it was a little bit low cut off for my reservation. The exam pattern and difficulty level was a little bit hard. The admission process was fully online and convenient. eligibility of my course is above 75% in PCB subjects in 12th grade. online application and everything related to admission is available on the website. Appreciations for college

For taking admission in Scottish church college you should have atleast 90% best of 4 in your 12th boards(although it will slightly depend on department to department). You will get all the updates from the college website itself There is no partiality in the admission process If you have merit then obviously you will get chance to study here. Scottish Church College doesn't take any admission test. The college admits students on the basis of their board exams. So likewise I got admitted to the college through my board exam marks. The eligibility of the course is the percentage of one's board exam marks. The application form can be found in internet on the college's official website, and further more details,like application fees, application dates etc are given on the college website. If anyone asks me that what aspects of the admission process I didn't like, my simple answer is there is nothing that I didn't like about the admission process.
