Course Curriculum Overview

I personally think the course offers all the basics and the appropriate subjects one would need. We learn all the necassary skills in the 4 year time period. It only depends on how you utilise those skills and knowledge.

Class Size: 21Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Placement Experience

Your placement training starts from 6th semester and you'll be needed to pay a certain amount to sit for the placements. There are super dream and dream offers which offers the highest amount of salaries and students with cgpa above 9.5 are mostly offered those jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is based on the rank you get in the viteee entrance exam and it's common for everyone. There are five categories which starts from 1.4 L as the fee for first category and goes upto 5.5 L for the fifth category. You're rank will decide in which category you'll fall under.

Campus Life

I personally had a very good time in my college but it largely differs for everyone. So it's all about the type of friends you make, the people you surround yourself with matters the most and i'm telling that after learning it the hard way. Club activities are always happening one time or the other.

Admission

I applied through the online portal and my entire application process was online. This was because i started college during the covid lockdown so starting from my entrance exam and everything was online.

Faculty

Almost all the faculty maintain decent teaching skills and will provide all the necessary materials for exams. Some teachers might be a bit strong on dress code and will definitely catch you to give warning.

Placement Experience:

The placements where not more for my branch. There was only for IT related placements. Eventhough the placed student for each company is less than 10 or 20 for each company, the applied students count was more than 5000 but the placed count for each company is 6 to 7. This is not a good placement.

Placements are happen yearly but everyone are not got placed.over 150 and more companies are tied up with sastra and overall placements will be good.Depends upon our skills they offer job.Minimum package is 3LPA and maximum is 24 or above.80% of students get placed nearly.

At NIT Trichy, students are eligible for placements from the 7th sem. Big companies like MIcrosoft, Amazon, TI, Deloitte, L&T and many more visit. The highest package goes above 40 LPA, average for ICE is 15-16 LPA. around 90% + get placed with good roles.

My take on Easwari Engineering College

Placement Experience:

We are still in our 2nd year, so we haven't directly experienced placements yet, but based on what our seniors have told us, the placements in our college are quite strong. Many well known companies like Amazon, Zoho, TCS, L&T and TVS visit the campus offering both IT and core oppurtunities. The highest packages have gone above 50 LPA while the average is around 5 LPA depending upon the branch. For core branches like Automobile Compaines such as TVS, Ashok Leyland and many companies have recruited students in the range of 3-6 LPA. Placement training has started for us this year where they teach us coding languages to prepare for placements. Placements start mostly in the 7th semester

Life of an MBA at VIT

All of us know VIT for its flagship program which is B. Tech but its MBA program is too good as well. I gave the CAT exam and secured 85 percentile which helped me in taking admission at VIT. NAAC accredited the university Grade A and it is ranked 51-75 for MBA/PGDM by NIRF in 2020. Another thing is the cost of study which is far less compared to other B schools.
