Course Curriculum Overview

Ananda Chandra college is known as a good and their brilliant student. Because they are most intelligent teachers but the exam was too much difficult. But we also enjoy the difficult question papers because our teacher provides special classes and notes for examination. They use also a whiteboard for teaching us and now they installed some class AI systems.

Class Size: 114Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

First time tution fees was low but forth semester tution fees increase by the north bengal university above 20 percentage. But the college provide 24 hour's electricity, charger point, fans and free library books. Scholarship are available like swami vivekananda scholarship, Oasis scholarship. Around 12k in swami vivekananda and 6k oasis. Swami vivekananda available for who marks 60 percentage up and oasis available for all students.

Campus Life

Firstly college organized freshers program for new admission students then last of the year Organized Social for all collage students there are many sports events, dance, singing and they collapse with popular person's. All semester books arw available kn ghe libraries. And every year in winter college organized cricket tournament, football tournament, and others tournament. Trinamool Chatra parisad run social groups they are very helpful for all students

Eligibility of the course is 65 percentage in 12th standards You find application fees and Applicantion dates from NBU.COM or Ananda chandra collage official websites SC/ST reservation 20 percent Exam timing 6 months after and difficulties minimum

Faculty

Our professors and faculty members are to good and intelligent. They provide all good things about life and they teach are history in funny ways overall they are one of the best teachers for me. They don't only teach about history although they teach us about social cultures, how to fight with depression, how to respects girls.

Interview Experience

For the admission no need any tests only 65% up in 12th standard . But so many students are apply for this college that's why merit list go to sometimes 80 or 90 percentage. Specially we see in 2023 that history merit list go to 80 percentage.

The field tricks are done sometimes to make us understand the reality and the course is really good. I love that and the field trip helps us a lot to explain and to learn things that happening around us and foods are provided from the school or sometimes on trips, I'm really happy with my college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

A good government aided college

I applied for Siliguri college, Darjeeling college, Kurseong college and I get the chance of admission in these colleges.
