Likes

The infrastructure of the campus is mesmerizing it has the best campus in the entire of the Bangalore
The co-curriculum is good and it relates with the present requirement for.the preferred field
The staff is good and co operative regarding clearing any doubts or in providing required suggestions

Dislikes

The campus is located in the outskirts of the city and the public transport isn't frequently available
The crowd size in the campus is too huge and it's keeping on increasing making it a heavily crowded place
The construction activities in the college is going on and it's disturbing as it creates disturbance in the campus

The placement of the campus has been reduced compared to the previous year's maybe because of the recession period which is going on globally there were many companies for non technical roles but the technical companies hiring was less

The fee structure of the course i was doing that is engineering is of 250000 per year which totally credits for 10 lakh on the completion of engineering, there is no specific scholarship that is been provided by the College for the students and university charges 35000 as university fee

Admission

I joined the college through cet admission based on the cet rankings through cet counselling i joined the college and the admission process was quite simple they collected my previous year marks cards of 10th and pu and my transfer certificates

Faculty

The student to faculty ratio is around 20:80 and the teaching skills of the teachers is around average and it isn't exceptional but they are ready to help in clearing any sorts of doubts regardless of the time we can interact with teachers as needed by visiting the cabin specified for the teachers

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Experience at College

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. However the training and pre placement started for student from the first year itself like aptitude training coding resume workshops. The top companies like TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Capgemini IBM tech Mahindra mind tree. The average is 8lpa. The highest 54 LPA. Overall 80% of students get placed in the final year. My plan after degree is to get a good job.

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

Pros : World class infrastructure with moot court, sports fields like tennis court, cricket, football, volleyball and badminton court, Coffee Day shop, Hatti Kaapi, chaat shop, Stationary shop, Vending machines, Sodexo Cafeteria, Medical facility and ATM are inside the university.
