My beautiful college

I feel that management should be flexible to offer more to students.

The course curriculum is pretty fair since I am in Electronics and Electrical department. Exam structure was divided into three sections with moderate level questions on physics, Chemistry, and Maths. It had varied types of questions of different concepts that have aided to a better understanding of the whole.

Placement is good in CSE and ISE department followed by ECE and EEE. Mechanical and Civil department is still pushing themselves for better placement. Being in the EEE department, placement is close to 60% with an average salary of 4 lakhs.

The major festive events celebrated are Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali and Durga Puja with much pomp and pleasure. It also celebrates the Independence day and other important days as a sign of respect for the country and people.

Since I am through COMEDk, my tution fees is 1.7 lakh per anumn with 30 thousand rupees as college fees. Hostel fees is around 1 lakhs per year. So the net sum is nearly around three lakhs per anumn. Other expenses are incurred mainly on food outside and stationary expenses.

no, I haven't opted for any loan. I had applied for some scholarships but it is mainly for the ones whose parent's monthly income is less.

Campus life is great in CMRIT. Seniors are also very humble and helpful. There is a chilled environment with two sets of canteens and Coffee Day.

hostel fees are 1 lakhs per year which includes the mess fees as well. Since I am in the Old boy's hostel of three sharing, per room has three beds, two lights, one fan, three table-chair, and three cupboards. Facilities are decent and are getting upgraded with time. The only little problem is the availability of water otherwise everything holds good.

To be honest I haven't seen much of strong alumni connector support with dominance but senior students to come to visit the college and visit their faculties.

I got admission to this college through COMEDK counseling. After the third round, I finally freed my college and came to Bangalore. After document verification, my seat was confirmed. It was a very sequential process that was on for the complete month of July and classes started from the month of August.

The faculty of the college are all Mtech qualified. Especially in EEE department, everyone is so helpful and approachable. They help a lot in clearing our concepts and doesn't mind in devoting extra time for us when needed.
