My course has one of the best curiculum it contains many interdiscipilinary subjects such as forensic biology , Serology, Toxicology, Anthropology, Fingerprints, Questioned Documents. This course provides hands on training for the feild work be it crime scene management or in any Laboratory. The areas for improvement are involvement of real life demonstrations. In a semester There are 2 Mid Semester Exams Out of which Mid 2 Is fully assignment based and one End semester examination

The Companies who offer internship are Tathya forensic wing, State forensic Science laboratory. with stipend of Rs8000. The projects are such as dissetation thesis,Assignments. Some major DSt and FIST sponsored projects.

From 3rd Semester Masters students are eligible for placements. On an average 4-5 companies visit and approximately 20-30 Offers are made. The highest package is 6 LPA and average package is 4 LPA. 20 % students get placed. I am about to pursue P.hD

The tution fees here is very low priced it is approximate 3000 Rs per semester with additional 1200 Rs as exam fees. The complete cost of this course would be arround 25000 Rs . The state government provides scholarship to SC and ST students. but there is no such scholarship from the university The campus employment here is decent for my course it is 2-3 placement companies and major job roles are as intern or Insurance claim Investigator and assistant Profesor.

There is one annual festival named Gour Utsav in which many culturl activities are done. This is held in the month of November. There are plenty of books and numerus journal present in the central library. Almost all departments are well equipped with smart classroom setting. Sports and other activities are very much encouraged for inter school and university competitions. Student run groups are also present like cultural society , NSS

The Rooms are equipped with 2 beds, 2 chairs, 2 tables, 2 shelves, 2 shoeracks, fan and 3 tubelights. The meal quality is average and not very tasty. Hostel registration starts once a student takes admission and preference is given to students who live far . hostel is very affordable with 1600Rs per semester fees.the locally rented rooms are available in civil lines, gopalganj.

The eligiblity of the course is Minimum 55% in Graduation with Entrance exam CUET. The application form is available on the university website through online mode, and application fees is 600 Rs application start during the month of June after The CUET exam results. The reservation of seats are as per the government of India rules For OBC- 27%, SC-15%, ST- 7.5%, EWS- 10% and for Person with Disability 5% reservation on horizontal basis.The frequency of exams are once in a Year for admission and difficulty is moderate. The admission procedure should involve Group Discussion and Personal Interviews

The Faculty to student ratio here is 1:20 . For every 20 students there is one teacher. The faculty here is highly qualified most of them holding multiple P.hDs and many have post doctoral holders. The teachers here are very easily approachable and the interaction is often humbe and in a fun way
